Very nice location. Our room has a panoramic view of the river and the view was stunning! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was a wonderful trip, especially the hotel and the staff! The hotel’s location is near the Fuchun river and the view from the room is stunning! The lobby manager, MS. Lang Yekai, was super nice and helpful! Definitely will come back and stay again!

非常滿意的一次出遊住宿，270度的江山如畫套房非常適合我們這次的休閑遊，就在富春江畔，景色絕美，而且酒店服務非常周到細緻，自助早歺味道不錯，退房時因身體不適𨒂長了1個小時，酒店前台朗總監非常貼心地安排延退，還關心身體情況，真的非常暖心！值得二刷

酒店提預訂的 暑假價格也算便宜了，但兩晚1000的標間，這服務是真的跟不上。先説房間，第一次聽説打掃不換床單被套的（前台居然説要換需要提前説），回來一看杯子就很敷衍的拉扯完放床上，連頭髮什麼都沒有幫忙清理乾淨，前一天晚上的紙還墊在床單下面。房間的垃圾放的很明顯也沒有丟（客房服務居然説這個我們不好隨便動的 怕客人投訴）這麼明顯的垃圾都不能幫忙收一下嗎？拖鞋也沒有幫忙擺好，直接原來丟哪裡還在哪裡（早上出門着急放在窗台還在窗台那裡），打電話給前台問打掃會不會換床單之類，得到的答案是肯定會換，在質疑沒有更換之後，又改口説客人要求換才換，前後不一致，後來來了個什麼客房服務的給我們換了又説續住一天的我們是不換的，告訴是三天兩晚的住宿才説那是要換的，到最後這個事情也沒有給我們説法。再説一下早餐吧，一般般，反正下次不會再住了，服務真心拉胯。
