I had a great experience after staying here for a week. The service was warm and thoughtful. The recommended restaurants tasted great. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

Very nice and clean hotel in  very good location. Around 10 minutes walk to Wuzhen Ancient Town (west side).  The room was quiet so we had a great night sleep. The room was spacious with comfortable bed and nice bath. The slippers, bathrobes were provided in the room. And all the toiletries are given during check in if needed. The services was super super nice, polite and helpful. They also send us some tips and recommendations about Wuzhen. On top of that we received little gift on our departure which was a lovely gesture. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again if I visit Wuzhen again.

Ruta Hotel is ideally located in a bustling commercial district, surrounded by numerous shopping malls and commercial streets, offering seamless access to dining, shopping, and entertainment. It's also conveniently close to major tourist attractions. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, featuring incredibly soft bedding that ensures a super comfortable sleep. They are fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including free, flawlessly working Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spotless and fresh. **Exceptional Service**: The staff's warmth and enthusiasm were evident from arrival. Check-in was swift, and they thoughtfully detailed the hotel's facilities. Throughout our stay, any questions or requests were met with prompt responses and efficient solutions. **Diverse Dining**: Dining options were excellent. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety, including diverse Chinese and Western dishes, along with delicious Suzhou local specialties. We were thoroughly satisfied with the food. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel that I would definitely return to.

Highly recommended for overnight or 2 night stay in Wuzhen. Very accommodating staff with great service all around! The concierge very kindly granted our request to be transferred to a different room when the one we were initially assigned to did not have a TV. Laundry room has 2 washing machines and 1 dryer. Elevator smells really nice! Room and hallway looked new and well maintained, though housekeeping could be a little cleaner when fixing the room. Breakfast was disappointing, but there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within the vicinity anyway. The hotel is around 50 minutes away from the railway station and 25 mins from downtown Tong Xiang. If you'll only be exploring Wuzhen Xizha or Dongzha, you can't go wrong with this hotel!

Location: If you want to go to Lu Xun’s former residence, Baziqiao, you can pick up an electric car on the roadside to get there, which is very convenient! Hygiene: The room is very clean. There is an osmanthus tree peeking out from the balcony. I am very satisfied with the sweet osmanthus fragrance. Service: The boss is very enthusiastic The Arashi Cafe next door offers discounts with your room card~ The colorful cakes are so delicious!

Overall, a very satisfying experience! I came to Wuzhen because of the Wuzhen Theater Festival. I didn’t expect to be able to book such a cost-effective B&B during the theater festival~ The B&B is very large, with a Chinese garden style. It was newly opened in 24 years. The environment is very good, and there is no smell of decoration. The room is also It's very spacious, and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a courtyard; the location is also very convenient, right next to Dongzha, there are flower drum opera performances nearby during the drama festival, and it's close to Xizha, Beizha and the bus station. Basically, it’s just over 1 kilometer~ The boss is very cute and helpful in every aspect. You don’t have to worry about a self-driving car seat. Basically, all your questions are answered. There is even fitness equipment in the B&B. My friends and I think it is a treasure B&B. ~

The B&B we booked for our Wuzhen trip was simply amazing! It's a courtyard-style guesthouse and incredibly spacious. Our room even had a very large balcony. The staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming. They also offer a Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) experience, with a discount for guests. The guesthouse is perfectly located, just dozens of meters from Dongzha, a mere 15-minute walk to Xizha, and also very close to Nanzha. This made exploring incredibly convenient. Breakfast was quite varied and substantial, served from 7 to 9 AM. The availability of a washing machine was another huge convenience! I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone planning a trip to Wuzhen!

About 5 mins walk to 东栅. The hotel is new thus the room looks bright. Big space with a small tea room. Bathroom is spacious as well. The hotel generously provides 6 x 500ml of mineral water per day. Breakfast variety acceptable, the dining hall is not big thus have to try to avoid the peak timing.

The ambiance is great, and the location is super convenient, just a 5-6 minute walk from the main entrance of Xizha Scenic Area. It has a rich artistic atmosphere. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and all rooms are equipped with disposable towels and bath towels.
