房間非常滿意，很大，小朋友可以坐扭扭車遊玩的程度。因為帶小月齡入住，所以選擇的榻榻米，還不會走路的小朋友，非常適合安全爬行。很乾凈，而且處處可見管家式服務的細緻，有小童使用的牙膏牙刷和小夜燈～唯一稍有遺憾的是由於天氣原因，沒能進景區和遊船。是等小朋友長大一些了，會二刷的酒店！

自然風景很美，酒店很乾凈，服務態度也很好，房間也智能化。酒店餐廳味道不錯，早餐也很豐富，小孩和小動物互動很開心。每天的親子體驗項目也有亮點的地方，小孩也能靜下來玩很長時間，最喜歡吃晚飯後繞着湖散步，很舒服。值得再刷！

出乎意料比想象中好很多 雖然我沒來的時候下雨但是還是有一些室內活動可以做 而且酒店服務真的到位 堪比海底撈 送了一大堆零食 走的時候還給小朋友玩具娃娃 酒店房間有浴缸並且還準備了一次性泡澡塑料袋 廁所準備了酒精消毒紙….這點非常細節 是其他五星酒店沒有的…酒店旁邊的餐廳味道還可以..負責人態度很好！好評

帶孩子從成都坐🚄來過週末，員工都很主動、熱情；房間乾淨、層高挑高、空間明亮；抵達的第一天在酒店餐廳點的湯鍋份量足、兩大一小夠吃，套餐的炒飯很好吃，也有家常炒菜可以選擇；早餐品種較多且有特色萌寵遊行，適合帶孩子的家庭；酒店親子活動種類較多，活動室配套設施不錯；上天門洞、高空棧道、玻璃棧道、高空滑索（飛蠻長一段、30元一次，需要體重滿80斤才能玩兒）一次性逛完大概兩個半小時、適合帶孩子户外放電；看到有當地遊客自帶食材來景區燒烤（需付費燒烤工具及炭火費）；晚飯可以打車15分鐘去縣城吃各種美食，酸湯火鍋、小黑豬坨坨肉燒烤、老火鍋…選擇很多～
就是建議酒店的香薰不要太濃了，感覺太香了～

周邊環境很好，空氣很清新，適合晨跑。保姆式的管家，房間衞生也很乾凈，早餐很豐富，孩子玩得很開心，離開的時候，還贈送了玩偶梅花鹿，下次有機會再來。

首先房間很乾凈，服務意識都很好！房間都有小朋友飲料和零食以及水果，酒店餐廳飯菜很可口，唯一此行天公不作美，下雨！不過酒店會安排孩子們做一些室內活動，下次有機會再來
