The location is amazing. The view from the top of the hill is unbeatable (the rooms don't have a view). Other than that, this hotel is not worth it. The room was basic, but the bathroom was pathetic. Besides looking awful, the bathtub was clogged, the toilet was clogged, and the hot water didn't work. Hot water is only available from 6pm to 10am., but not one single evening (I stayed 5 nights), I was able to have a hot shower. The staff did nothing to resolve the issue, and when I complained to the manager, he just denied there was any problem with the hot water.

Stayed here for just one night as part of a tour in Pategonia. The views from the restaurant are absolutely stunning, and are really the only thing that makes the place stand out. Staff were fine, rooms were basic, but the food at the time of our visit was very poor. The set evening meal was the worst we had on our trip (severely overcooked beef) and the packed lunch they provided for our nine hour hike up to the base of Torres del Paine was unappetising and inadequate

Price of USD 270 for a double room is not matching the quality provided. The rooms are poorly maintained (holes in carpet and walls), bathroom dirty and old. A fair price would be USD 80-120. On the positive side the view from the restaurant to Torres del Paine is amazing. Hence, go there for a drink or lunch (not dinner) and stay at a hotel outside the park. Alternatively, if you want to stay in the park spend USD 100-200 more and stay in one of the more modern hotels in the park. We went for lunch at Hotel Grey…. It was amazing view and food.

Amazing location and stay. Have low expectations though as the experience might depend on who the staff is at the time of your visit. Since most of the staff is usually new as they come for the tourist season from various locations to make some money and then go back, they don’t really always care about the guest experience. I was lucky to stay while the tourist season had not begun and one of the owners was around. I had a nice and friendly experience as a foreigner and didn’t notice anything that would spoil my visit here. Wish you the same :)

Had a wonderful experience here and hope to return! The room was as I expected after reading other reviews - nothing fancy but was all I needed (and probably felt even nicer after having done the W hike for the 5 days prior.) The hot water is limited to certain hours of the day and my room didn't really have any water pressure in the shower when it was hot. But again, it was fine. The only time I spent in my room was sleeping. The hotel and grounds are amazing! When I wasn't out exploring I was in the guest only second floor lounge, admiring the view, sitting on comfy sofas, and just taking it all in. There is a wood stove that kept it nice and warm. I read other reviews about the food not being great but I was happy with my dinners. There was always a vegetarian option that was good. The service was wonderful and I wish I had caught everyones' names but Sofia and Daniel stood out. But EVERYONE was wonderful - so friendly and happy to assist. The View is spectacular, and the serenity on the island was just what I was looking for. I spent some time at Hotel Las Torres and I would choose Pehoe any day over Las Torres (I also care more about the view and the energy of the place and not the luxuries and Torres is def much higher end.) Highly recommend staying at Pehoe.

DON’T STAY THERE!!! Terrible old run down place, have not been renovated for maybe 40 years. They are the laughing stock of the locals, they all know that it is old and run down. Only ignorant tourist like us would stay there. If you are after the view, it is free to all, it is part of the national park and anyone can go there. You do not need to pay a premium, outrageously high $ for a run down so call superior room, with broken safe, broken lights, broken furniture, very worn old dirty curtains, faucet falling off the sink, etc, etc, I can go on, the list of unacceptable things is very long. We requested a room with the Torres view when we booked 9 months earlier but did not get one, so don’t expect it even if you pay for it. They will tell you it is not guaranteed. Look elsewhere, there are other better choices. SERIOUSLY!!!

Very basic, rather rustic accommodation, but totally adequate. Room was clean, with just a queen bed, 2 nightstands, closet. Bath was warn, old, but clean. Staff was super! Check-in was easy, politely offered us coffee or tea, and reserved a table for us at breakfast (included) and dinner (not included). Rather "special" to stay on an island in Lake Pehoe!

This quaint hotel is perfectly situated on an island in the lake with magnificent views. Access is by a long rickety wooden bridge. This is also quaint but scary. It is a pity that the bedrooms and bathrooms are so dirty that we could not get good sleep and could not take a shower.

Would highly recommend staying for a lovely stay with great access to the park! We booked three nights and this was perfect. As the park is the main attraction we wanted good value for money, convenience, somewhere clean and comfortable that also offered food. This ticked all of those boxes. The location is beautiful, the communal areas are cosy and relaxing. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily and as expected from images and the remote nature of the accommodation. Negative reviews about wifi, decor and food seem unreasonable given that you’re staying in a National park!
