The location of the hotel is so nice. It was a very comfortable location to go to the center of the city and the old town.

It's easy to park the car with extra cost, the hotel is near the old town with nice location

The room had three large windows that opened, letting in the fresh air. The hotel's breakfast buffet was delicious, and dinner was available in the restaurant, as shown in the last two photos. The hotel is a short walk from the old town, and a taxi ride from Torun GT train station is less than 20 Polish dollars. It's a very nice hotel. Complimentary glass bottles of sparkling water were provided in the room.

I highly recommend the Mercure Toruń Centrum! The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering everything from traditional European cuisine to local specialties. The ingredients were fresh and the food was expertly prepared, making every bite a true delight. The rooms, while a bit older, were warmly decorated and had a unique charm. The hotel's prime location offers convenient transportation, making it easy to reach popular attractions and explore local cuisine. The staff were warm, attentive, and helpful. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is an ideal choice for both leisure and business trips to Toruń. I'll definitely stay here again!

Typowy hotel biznesowy. Zlokalizowany ok 10 min spacerem od centrum (rynku). Plus za stosunkowo duży parking przy hotelu.

Super hotel , dobre śniadanie , same centrum Torunia , choć blisko drogi i jest głośno od ruchu aut . Wszystko ok

The hotel is in a good place near center. The room was small but okay. Near the street so it may affect sleep quality. One of electronic cards did not work

If you Stop Over over in Torun to visit this outstanding town, the Mercure hotel is a good option. The room and the comfort are almost the same good standard of any Mercure in Europe, breakfast okay and inside parking available. But the real plus is that is very close to the city center and easily you can go everywhere being at walking distance. Enjoy your stay here !

Okay hotel and very polite staff. Quite a good location, 5 minutes walk to the old town and public transport. Not much to complain about, although the hotel would need a little renovation. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of choices.

This is pretty standard "Mercure" - absolutely average hotel, which serves its purpose for short city stay. 5 minutes pleasant walk to old city center. Clean, decent size room, beds comfortable. Good water pressure. Good breakfast. Large car parking in front of hotel. Lack of electricity sockets by the bed. Lobby bar closes early, at 22:00. Would recommend, especially if you are with car.

Below average Mercure. Breakfast is good but rooms are tired and in need of a refurb. We had no wifi for the 3 days we were there as the router wasn't working and they "couldn't get someone to fix it over the weekend" Good location but not the best hotel in Torun but the room rate was attractive. Stay here if you can get a good room rate but don't expect a 4 star experience.

Very ordinary! I was expecting so much more with the Mecure name but very ordinary. Carpets are so old and worn and don’t even go to the wall leaving a gap. They are so old and dirty. The exterior of the hotel looks very old and no care. I had to plug the kettle in under the desk because there is no PowerPoint anywhere to use. The curtains didn’t close together- I had to use a bulldog clip to put together. The bath filled but drained automatically. Room 207. The bed was comfortable…. And the breakfast was good. Otherwise, very ordinary experience.
