Отель расположен в 10 минутах неспешной ходьбы от ж/д вокзала. В номере была кухня с плитой и посудомоечной машиной. Есть бассейн. Уборка в номере не проводилась ни разу.

Another good visit
Always good to stay here, staff always welcoming and helpful.
Only one gripe, there’s only one mirror and that’s in the bathroom, for an appt that sleeps 4 it’s not ideal.

Easy to get to from the train station.
Check in was very slow. Our room wasn't ready and noone amongst the many staff seemed to be in charge.
The room was excellent.
A cleaner banged on our door half an hour before check out wanting to clean the room.
The promised free drink never materialised.

We arrived and couldn’t safely get out and when we pulled over and blocked traffic the closed parking garage door would not open and the property sent instructions much later than arrival. We chose this property because parking was available and could not access, had to pay for another accommodation. Very unhappy and weary traveler. We asked for a refund and the hotel refused to make any exception even without us ever gaining access to the room.

Wonderful apartment style hotel room in a boutique hotel style building. Location is walking distance from Matbaiu train station as well as many local attractions. Comfy bed and lovely patio. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Great stay in Toulouse.
