Additionally, one of the receptionists was somewhat unfriendly, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard. In summary: great location and breakfast, but room for improvement in service and soundproofing."

"* If you're heading to Toulouse and want a comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend the Nemea Appart'Hotel Toulouse Concorde. One of the best things about it is its fantastic location—right across from the main train station, Gare Matabiau, just a 2-minute walk away -literally opposite the hotel. This makes getting around the city super easy and convenient. The hotel itself is impressively clean. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are set up apartment-style, which is great if you like having a bit more space and the option to cook. Each room comes with a fridge and all the cooking utensils you might need, so it's perfect if you're planning a longer stay or just want to whip up your own meals. The bed in my room was really spacious and comfortable, which is always a plus after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was another highlight, featuring a nice bathtub where you can unwind. Another standout feature is the friendly staff. They were always helpful and made sure I had everything I needed, which really added to the overall positive experience. Overall, staying at the Nemea Appart'Hotel was a great experience. It combines a prime location with all the comforts of home and excellent service, making it a top choice for anyone visiting Toulouse."

For breakfast, we were a little disappointed with our expectations, and in particular the photos on the site and Google Maps, but it was still good nonetheless. However, we were very disappointed with the bedding, box spring as well as mattress and sheets, as well as the bathroom, and especially with a hot water problem in our two bathrooms. We had to run the water for several minutes to get hot water, a practice suggested by reception when we went to see them to resolve this problem. Apart from the waiting time, this made us question your eco-responsible commitments and your Green Key label, commitments that we generally value. This seriously affected our stay, unfortunately, we who thought we had good value for money, were disappointed by it."

Perfect rest and relax for me. Usually I would use the gym, but with a nice garden right outside the hotel, it was a beautiful jog I had before I checked out later on."
