Very nice establishment. Very comfortable room. Dinner taken on site of excellent quality. We enjoyed ourselves. On the other hand, 30€ to enjoy the swimming pool is really excessive.

Our 5-night stay between Christmas and New Year was a wonderful experience! The staff, the Comfort Rooms, the Spa (pool, hammam and the 80’ massage) and above all the culinary journey and wine tasting orchestrated by the Chef and Sommelier Adrien from our very first dinner to the awesome New Year’s Eve dinner, not to forget the excellent buffet breakfast, altogether ensured some memorable moments of sheer delight! A huge THANK YOU to the General Manager and his team! I believe the Chef deserves a 1* Michelin rating! The Hotel Sept Fontaines in Tournus is well worth a detour if you happen to be in Burgundy! Moreover, it is conveniently located and close to Beaune and other « must visit » places in the area. NOT TO BE MISSED ON ANY ACCOUNT!

The reception was very friendly, the rooms are very nice and new, the spa was a disappointment! in the steam room there is no water hose for cleaning! that is absolutely not normal! the receptionist at the wellness area was arrogant! a big sign per person only one towel for 30 € per hour a disgrace!!

Very classy hotel at a remarkably good price for the room. Public areas are luxurious and the bedrooms very comfortable. There's even a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. There is also extensive free parking at the hotel. The river and old town centre are close; only a 5 minute walk. Don't be put off by the trailway line at the back of the hotel and a busy road at the front: sound proofing works well and there was no noise heard inside the hotel. We'll definitely stay here again

Above & beyond any 5 star hotel and it was the second year I stayed for a week of rest. Service attitude was genuinely hospitality focused; housekeeping was immediately ready to respond to any needs; but what was unforgettably exceptional was what happened when I experienced a very unpleasant & disgusting medical emergency in their restaurant (necessitating ambulance etc) and they could not have been more sensitive, gentle, and supportive, repeatedly rejecting my attempts to apologize. An incredible 4 star hotel that should be 5 star, including for its gourmet restaurant.

We thought this was one of the best BW Hotel we have stayed in. Great location and parking, everywhere was clean, well decorated and smelt fresh as if recently refurbished. Facilities were also very good. Had dinner in the restaurant which was beautifully presented and tasted superb, Emma who served us was attentive, friendly and helpful even though it was an incredibly busy service. If we visit Tournus again we will definitely be staying here!

Having previously stayed in a higher rated hotel in Tournus we were more than pleasantly surprised by the Best Western, Les Sept Fontaines. It’s a perfect stopover after a long drive or a great weekend getaway. Above expectations spa and swimming pool, quiet, generous accommodation ( we stayed in a superior room) very good breakfast, good restaurant and interesting wine cellar. The hotel also offers garage parking and it’s welcoming to pets. We will definitely stay again!
