Very disappointed. Booked the ”Deluxe” room. The room did not look at all like in the pictures on the internet. The room had a bad smell. There is no secure parking nearby. We ended up checking in, having a look and smell inside and left. No help was forthcoming from the staff. Will never try tp stay here again.

I booked a “travel room” with sauna and was expecting a dry heat sauna, hot enough to sweat (80-90C) but I was disappointed to find a wooden cabin with a steam machine that heated up the cabin just a little. This is a real breach of contract. The host cannot advertise a room with a sauna if there is no sauna but a weak steam room. The room is tiny and the passage between the bathroom and the living area is approximately 33cm wide, not suitable for an elderly or low-vision person. Room 15 is next to the front door so there is potential for noise.

We stayed in Trento during our cyle tour. The room was clean , spacious and had a great adjoining bathroom. Unfortunately there was not enough bike parking space despite my prior inquiries. Someone in the building did not like our bikes there and cut brake cables on two of our bikes. A very disappointing ending to our otherwise great stay in Trento.

From when we booked this suite to when we arrived, the hosts were totally responsive to questions and requests, even giving us a room on the corner of the building with views in 2 directions and saving one of their 2 parking spaces for us. The suite was really well decorated, comfortable and quite modern for the location in the old town area. Breakfast was served in a breakfast room with many options on the buffet. And the location is sooo nice in such an interesting city, enabling us to walk everywhere and see all of the interesting areas. It was a great experience staying there and made our visit to Trento very special.

Good place to stay fully ready for non-attended service. In the heart of Trento. The rooms are really spacious, nicely decorated with a modern touch and wooden floors. The views from the breakfast room are great and the staff are gently and supportive

Buona posizione, stanza carina , purtroppo riscaldamento non funzionante. Ci ho messo un'ora tra messaggi e altro a spiegare la problematica, ricevendo risposte come " Ha alzato la temperatura ?" e alla fine " Queste cose accadono sempre di sabato e alle 2000" Ho dormito con il fon acceso per tenere una temperatura decente. La mattina dopo un tizio dall'accento argentino sosteneva dapprima che la stanza non era stata pagata e dopo polemizzava con il sottoscritto, visibilmente scocciato, lamentando che era stato chiamato per risolvere il problema ! Tralascio il dare del Tu ed altro Gestione fatta da personale totalmente impreparato e sopratutto poco incline ad ascoltare le esigenze e problematiche del cliente. Tanto hanno incassato lo stesso. Posizione centralissima ( a pochi passi da piazza Duomo), camere con tutti i comfort al terzo piano ( con ascensore), di un palazzo del centro storico. Check in online fatto dopo aver ricevuto un comodo messaggio whatsapp in mattinata, con codice per entrare nel palazzo e per ritirare la chiave in una piccola cassetta. Colazione soprattutto dolce, personale gentile e disponibile. Tornerei sicuramente

Letto, comodissimo, stanza silenziosa temperatura ottima, struttura curata, proprietari, gentili, insomma, il meglio del meglio in pieno centro 400 m dalla stazione altrettanti dal Duomo ma in una piazza silenziosa Esperienza bellissima
