Best Western Bordentown Inn

Staff was very polite and helpful. She was so overwhelming at check in because so many people seem to come in at once but she kept it all together and was very professional. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Kids were a little disappointed because the pool had no water in it for them to go swimming. The room was really nice and the bathroom was huge and gorgeous. We will definitely stay there again.

The worse I had to wait for my referral from May 13, 2021 all the way till today the customer service at best Western were in town New Jersey sucks the manager Jason kept telling me it only take 5 to 10 business days on May 14, 2021 here today June 11, 2021 no money have been refunded yet then Interior decoration at the hotel in the room needs to be improved too and they need a exterminator

I saw some dirt and filth under the bed which looks like it was missed by house keeping. The service was good, the desk clerk was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was yummy! Overall pretty good.

The hotel room was nice, but the water pressure in the shower was very weak. I did notify the desk clerk about this when I checked out. The breakfast was good. Also the outside temperatures were cold with a brisk wind and the room was very chilly and it was difficult to warm it up when I was in the room. The door did not close tight and there were gaps all around the door which let the cold wind all night.

Disappointing! The room's HVAC is very noisy, it kept waking me. I couldn't shut it off because there was a steady stream of cold air coming from under the main door.

We got to the room and found a black spider on the bed. We asked for late checkout for 2pm it wasnt noted so we had to check out earlier. The breakfast wasnt the best but the cook made pancakes upon request so that was good. The room floor wasnt really clean. The bed was comfortable. Not sure i would stay there again

This was a nice place to stay in. The property was very clean and welcoming and the room was nicer than expected. It was super clean and modernized and looked updated. The bathroom was super cute and huge and I had the best showers. The kids really enjoyed the on site pool and hot tub. The only issue I had was we booked the same day as a whole cheerleading squad of kids like no older than 8 so they were all over the walkways sitting down on the ground doing arts and crafts and running back and forth between rooms and also mistakingly trying to get into my room and in the way and making so much noise but once they were gone we had peace for the 2nd night of the stay. Also there’s free breakfast in the morning! We tried to order from one of the pizza shops from the menus provided by the hotel and they hung on me like 10 times cause they didn’t know where the hotel was when I gave the address. I kept calling lol and eventually they gave in took my order and figured out how to find the hotel. Bottom line I will book here again and I do recommend this hotel for sure. For the price I paid for 2 rooms it was not expensive at all. Halloween weekend and only 20 minutes drive to six flags which was our purpose of coming out. Also, wawas is right across the street and 24 hours which worked out perfectly for little things we needed. I highly recommend this hotel. Just make sure it’s not the same night as the miniature cheerleading squad lol

No complaints. Clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was ok, standard hotel breakfast. Overall quiet and relaxing. Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. Superior customer service. I would stay there again if i was in the area.
