If you are looking for a place to recharge and relax—this is it. Meditate, do yoga, chill at the pool , walk on the beach. The bungalows are elegantly rustic, with everything you need. The on-site restaurant has great food and the staff (Efram, Oniver and Thomas) will take good care of you. Yoga and massages were excellent.

Awesome environment and service was fist class. The choices of meals on the menu is amazing and the food even better. Location is perfect and we were able to reserve the master suite which was awesome. Will definitely want to stay here again. This was our 3rd visit and we'll be back!

This boutique hotel and yoga retreat is wonderful. Manager Yazmin, is so welcoming and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. Whoever laid out the property invested much time & dinero to make it stunning. Some of the prettiest gardens and landscaping, bar none. Management is happy to arrange taxi service from airport and there is a taxi stand just outside hotel for local excursions, for me surfing and fishing. They also offer all standard boutique amenities yoga, massage and full service restaurant open 8am - 9pm daily. The restaurant is also five star, unless you don't love fresh ingredients and Mexican food. I enjoyed shrimp and dorado (mahi) tacos each day. It was delicious. The rooms vary in privacy and amenities. I went with the basic open air casita. I loved it. Some may not like a little less privacy than typical four walls, window with curtains provide. For those seeking more privacy and AC, get the larger more expensive suites, they also have that. Troncones is a very mellow little Mexican beach town. It is not a hopping place. If you prefer that, maybe go to Ixtapa nearby. This is a place to go chill and enjoy paradise and really good fresh food with great service.

Dear Present Moment, thank you for a blissful retreat. I spent 10-days with my mother at PM last month. I went looking to completely detox the cortisol from my body and spirit. Present Moment was able to deliver. It was a true delight and I highly recommend. I woke every morning for meditation, then either a long walk or yoga, followed by a delicious breakfast overlooking the ocean. Relaxed by the pool, swimming and snacking, until afternoon yoga. Another long walk that often included seeing baby turtles being released into the ocean, then gorgeous sunsets sinking into the waves every evening. We followed live music each evening at different restaurants nearby for dinner, as well as dinner and live music at Present Moment. The best thing about Present Moment is the staff: Yalina, Yazmin, Onivar, Ricardo, Tomas, & Efram. They each made each day shine with kindness, attentiveness, generosity, and true welcome. I was also blessed with incredible body & energy work from Tania-what a gift she is. And of course the yogi/meditation guides: Miranda, Carmina, Maria and Darya (Chi Gong too!) each unique and talented. We made good friends, that I hope to see next year : )

My husband and I had a massage in the cabanas on the beach. So relaxing. Great massages and wonderful to hear the waves crashing in the background. We also ate dinner here on Friday when they have live music. The band Hoja Santa was playing and they were really good. We shared an appetizer and two types of tacos - pork and fish. We would definitely go back. Good service by the staff also.

A combination yoga retreat and beach vacation in paradise. Warm, welcoming staff, yoga, massage, beach, eat, drink, sleep plus many local adventures. Rinse and repeat. You MUST have a massage with Miranda. I had two. They were tied for the best massages of my life. Magical combination of therapeutic and relaxing. She is amazing!

Adding to the many many great reviews here. I spent 5 days at Present Moment in an AC Room. The room was comfortable and well appointed, the bed super cozy and the shower was great. The staff was stellar across the board - so friendly and personable - big thanks to Tom, Yalina, the amazing team in the restaurant, groundskeepers and housekeeping. I had several incredible massages, I'd highly recommend Monica and Miranda. You can't beat the proximity to the beach - literally right out the back door. Also some great little restaurants and shops on the same street, if you want to venture out. Overall a great stay that I'd love to repeat.

Beautiful property, fabulous restaurant, beautiful beach, very friendly staff. We will come again. We came to visit our daughter who lives in Salideta, about 20 minutes north of Troncones. She and her boyfriend joined us for dinners on the beach, great family time!

I do a yearly solo trip to Present Moment and look forward to it every year! The town is so cute and charming, the staff are amazing, I just love them so much and the resort is fabulous. There’s a reason I come back every year and love my time each moment I’m there :)
