Venus Hotel Tam Dao

The room was spacious and we could fully open a large suitcase comfortably. The hotel is located in the city center, which is very convenient. We requested an extra blanket and received help from the receptionist with the heater. On the day of check-out, the fog was very thick, so the outside view was not visible😢 Overall, a comfortable stay with helpful staff.

We stayed at Venus Hotel Tam Dao during the New Year holiday as a family of three (parents and one child). The room was spacious and very clean, which honestly exceeded our expectations. The hot water worked extremely well, making it very comfortable during the cold winter weather. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. As expected for the New Year period, the hotel was very crowded. However, the breakfast service was well managed despite the large number of guests, which we appreciated. One downside was that the soundproofing of the room was not very good. Noise from New Year celebrations could be heard quite clearly throughout the night. On the positive side, the view from the hotel was beautiful. We could see the castle in the distance, which looked stunning. Unfortunately, the fog was quite heavy during our stay, so the visibility was limited. That said, we would love to come back again in the future for another chance to enjoy the scenery and take better photos when the weather is clearer.

The location is great and can see Tamdao castle from the hotel. Good service from the front desk staff and bell man. Breakfast need more options to suit all nationalities. Christmas decorations are very nice - live it 👍 At night very noisy from the restaurant or bar close to the hotel until late night - not good for the sleep. Next time may need to consider to stay at L'amour. Tipaporn

My husband, mum, and two brothers enjoyed our stay here. The place and our rooms are immaculate and a lot of respectful/friendly staff. I requested for extra tea and they have given us. Make sure to opt for breakfast as it was the most proper meal we had as foreigners. A lot of picturesque spots inside the dining area as well as the welcome area. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you to everyone who made our stay safe and heavenly!

It’s a really nice place well worth the money. We did not have the breakfast package since we rather go out on the town. I don’t think anyone can complain about this one. It’s more of true Vietnamese tourist location than international travelers. English is lacking a bit but the crew will do their outmost to make you comfortable. It’s highly recommended

Nice room great location, staff are friendly, but we found an insect in the breakfast.
