A good hotel for a night stop over before going to Halong bay. The food is excellent we requested a late diner and they immediately attend to our hungry kids. And as well as a take away bread during breakfast! The staff are lovely.

If you are looking for a Hotel near the Marina so you can board your Cruise in the morning then seriously consider this Hotel. The staff was pleasant and waited for our late arrival then arranged for us to be driver to the terminal on their EV. All four of us really enjoyed our stay here and wished we stayed an extra day instead of Hanoi. We arrived late so we didn't get to sample their cuisine but we had an enjoyable Breakfast Buffet.

It was good hotel especially beding was so good. Very cozy. We can rent a bike that was useful . Hotel Nas swimming pool and private beach they eun electronic car they take us and return back, too. It was si nice. They gave me informations about booking limousine therefore I can easily move other places Breakfast was nice. But so many people crowded IIt was like a market. But food was nice. Totally It was good experience.

Great hotel with very attractive rooms. Very friendly staff and a lovely spa with well-trained masseurs.

The experience was not as expected, the hotel is quite far from the center and the area is too boring, the facilities are relatively normal, the hotel room has no view, the lighting in the room is quite dark, dinner is okay , delicious but the breakfast buffet is boring, few dishes, most of the dishes are not very delicious, not worthy of a 4-star hotel breakfast. Staff are relatively enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel's electric car service only takes guests to the beach and does not support further transportation...

The bed in the room is big, clean and quiet, the bedding is very comfortable, especially the bathrobe is great! There are also sofas and chairs outside the restaurant, as well as a private beach and swimming pool. However, if you need a shuttle bus, pool towels are provided! great!

Very nice hotel in a quiet area. Walking distance to the pier with tourist routes and to the pier to Cat Ba Island. But even these steps will not be easy for you to take, because the hotel car will always be at your service). Continental breakfast "buffet", which is not always the case in Vietnam. But local cuisine is also presented. Very polite staff. Excellent room. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

The hotel is luxuriously decorated, the rooms are large, especially the bed is 2 meters wide, it is clean and tidy, and the service is very good. However, no one at the front desk understands Chinese, and communication is not smooth. I asked about the best way to take a bus to Dongxing Port and exchanged it for more than a dozen times. It took a few minutes to tell me that there was a long-distance station, but this needs to be improved. Rich breakfast. An unhappy thing about this trip to Vietnam is that Vietjet Air forced me to check in my suitcase, and as a result, 500 yuan (10 yuan version) was stolen. I will never fly with Vietnam Airlines again!

Hotel is a bit old. Nice design but the interior is a bit old. Basically I will come back if possible

The room is not big and the decoration is very elegant. It should be the best hotel within one kilometer.
