The ship and the cabins are large and in order, but the furnishings are a bit worn out. The claim does not correspond at all to the price (2 nights more than 700 euros) and the service. The first lunch buffet was the best meal. The two so-called menus in the evening were terrible: hardly any taste and mixed beef as "steak". We ate better everywhere in Vietnam than there. As intended and not possible. Added to this are the completely inflated wine prices. The day trip to the island, on the other hand, was very nice and the lunch there was really good. The trip to the cave in the morning on the last day - the highlight - started too late. We therefore had to wait in line for a long time until the rowing boats returned from the first round. And because the water level was now low, we only went out to the lake and back again because it was no longer possible to go through the cave. It would have been better to stay in bed. The transfer from the ship only takes 5 minutes, that was simply poor planning and organization. I would not recommend the Heritage or any other hotel ship for Halong Bay. It's better to get a nice hotel in the bay and look for a "private" boat for excursions.
