Bluesun Hotel Neptun - All Inclusive

Cleanliness: Rooms and common areas were frequently described as spotless, with daily cleaning and attentive housekeeping staff.

So we arrived early evening after a long transfer. We were given very little information in arrival about the hotel just a basic map with little information and told to look on the TV for food times. The lifts are ridiculous you can barely fit anyone in and only 2 to service 9 floors was crazy often waiting significant times to get to your floor. We were on floor 5. Room was ok. Very basic. Cleaned sporadically often just towels swapped. The hotel itself is fine its a 3 star but very expensive for what it offers. Staff have limited English as its a low % of guests and varying levels of service. Beer wasnt great or cocktails but gin and vodka all good. The food. Well what can I say it is pretty bad. Often not fully cooked meat pink pork on a few occasions and raw chicken. But some of the odd fishes were nice. Very greedy guests often taking the full pizzas etc. We weren't told anything about towels or services in hotel do kind of just worked it out. Had to get up early for loungers first few days as by 8am they had all gone. Inflatables left for others as you walked out on -1. Gym had slot of unsupervised young children and pool has no life guard so often kids jumping diving and splashing Im cool with kids having fun but they certainly were doing it particularly where loungers were rather than not. Staff on pool bar are in the main very good. Snack bar is as described on other reviews in the worst location and very small and badly set out. The hotel is aesthetically nice looking its in a good location. Entertainment is minimal but was fine and often not clear where things are happening. Seemed good for little kids as i have big ones they were bored with the lack of things on offer. We went out alot on an evening and often went to the supermarket to get snacks and pop we could actually drink often the syrups weren't balanced. If I had paid 3 star prices I wouldn't mind so much but I haven't and with no fridge no water in rooms no kettle no hairdryer either its a little disappointing. A few cleaners work very hard to maintain spaces but overall its ok. Nice size pool. Food often shut earlier than advertised times. Rep presence is very limited. Outside the hotels there's alot to access and readily available so made the most of it as an area. But definitely this place could be great with easy improvements. Lil disappointing

Housekeeping not consistent, either no towels or too many, beds not made and loo rolls not replenished, several issues on arrival not resolved,we need a plug in the washbasin,and pillowcases We had no batteries in the tv remote, on arrival resolved now All were reported and not all followed up, Otherwise all ok The staff are not very interactive and need to smile more, we know they work long hours but at the end of the day we are paying their wages we always say thanks for everything they do and appreciate it but smile back, it costs nothing Location super and quiet, loved the surrou dings and the gardens are kept in excellent order .we hope that all bluesun hotels aren't the same with staff interaction but use say reception were exceptional Thankyou
