"Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel. From the outside it looks like a fairytale but as you go inside is worse and worse. I expected to feel some luxury and it was basic 3/4 * star hotel. All the hotel is quite dirty, stains on the carpets, dirty walls, you don't want to touch anything. Even the restaurant area is dirty - the pillows you are sitting on are all in stains. I get the it is the end of the season but you should maintain the standard. Great disappointment and don't go to Tucepi - very touristic area with crowdy beaches and disgusting food."

"The hotel was immaculate, every where smelt so fresh and clean, the cleaners worked well cleaning the rooms, fresh towels changed every day. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard. The staff were very friendly, always said good morning or afternoon. Breakfast was nice , plentiful. Lovely side sea view, sun set was amazing. The only negative point was not enough sunbeds by the pool, people would get up early hours to reserve a bed. We spent 11 days at the hotel and not once we couldn't sit by the pool which was annoying. We had to go to the beach which was over crowded, we struggled to get a spot. So we walked about 20 minutes each day and found a beach that was less crowded with a nice beach side restaurant . Also bought beach mats because sunbeds were 20 euros for two beds plus 5 euros for a brolly. Overall a great holiday, Tucepi is a lovely resort with lots of nice restaurants."

"Wonderful hotel, we are here for the second time. Very nice for children. They also have pool for little children. Spacious rooms with balconies, and wonderful mediterranean garden between little buildings. The food is great but drinks are not included for dinner, they even charge for water (3,5€ for bottle) which is nonsence for country where tap water is completely safe for drinking. Everything else was great, staff is very kind and helpful specially in restaurant and cleaning ladies Beach is wonderful and right in front of the hotel, with restaurants and shops in walking distance. But you do not have where to by newspapers, or magazine with crossword puzzels or anything for reading in entire Tucepi "

Hotel Tamaris

"Hotel is located on the beach and the car can be parked within walking distance on its own property. The swimming pool is quite small and sunbeds are limited, so very early already occupied. The same applies to the sunbeds at the beach. The location is nice, because you can walk along the beach with lots of shade to the town of Tučepi. In the evening in the center is lively busy, but never massive. Also a nice town nearby Makarska is definitely worth a visit. We enjoyed our time here."
