Lavabo del baño casi no sale agua y mala calidad No hay agua caliente Pedi una habitación y me dieron otra Area de cocineta con óxido no se pudo usar. Papel y jabón del baño de la más baja calidad. Había polvo en la cabecera de la cama Ya no es primera vez que quedo y la atención de recepción es de hotel 1 estrella. Pedí para cambiar la habitación y quería cobrar impuesto otra vez la señorita que atiende. La habitación al lado con perro ladrando Ya fue mejor la calidad de todo incluso de la recepción bajo de 10 a 0 después de las inundaciones de Tula. No recomiendo más.

Las fotos de la publicidad son engañosas, la habitación que nos tocó fue muy pequeña, no salía agua caliente. No hay teléfono en las habitaciones así que había que bajar hasta la recepción. Nos cambiaron de habitación por lo del agua caliente y ahora no salía agua fría. En la primera habitación no había donde poner la ropa. El baño no tiene cortina ni cancel así que se moja todo y por consiguiente se ensucia por los zapatos.
