Niken Beachfront Tulum Hotel

We stayed at Niken for two weeks at the end of September, and our experience was exceptional. The service was outstanding, and the food was some of the best we had in Tulum. The hotel included a complimentary breakfast each morning, featuring juice, fruit, granola with yogurt, and a choice of either eggs or a bread basket. Both options were delicious and generously portioned. Most days, we also enjoyed lunch at the hotel (see attached photos). I’d highly recommend any of the dishes, though my personal favorite was the grilled octopus salad. The smoothies and cocktails were also excellent. For non-drinkers, the hotel offers great alternatives, including zero-alcohol beer—something my partner really appreciated. We happened to be celebrating a birthday during our stay. My partner asked the staff for help decorating the room and arranging a special lunch table. The effort they put in was phenomenal and truly made it a memorable day for us. Finally, a huge thank-you to Felipe, Ibrahim, Gustavo, Gabrielle, Roberto, and the wonderful female receptionist whose name I regret forgetting. Also thanks to Jose from the security team, who checking us in on arrival. They went above and beyond to accommodate our every request and were genuinely kind, welcoming, and fun to be around. We left with such happy memories and sincerely hope to return one day.

The Niken beach club is a great place to hang out for the day. Comfortable cushions and great service. Food was reasonably priced and very good. Our waiter Abraham served both days we were here and he did a great job. I highly recommend this place.

Niken Hotel & Beach Club was fantastic! We loved our stay. Super friendly staff and all the rooms have a beautiful view, with perfect amenities. The food was delicious! Parking was super convenient. We enjoyed the beach spa with multiple massage options available. Highly recommend staying here!

Great stay We spent one night here and it exceeded our expectations! Spacious room with plunge pool on roof. Beautiful property and the beach was clean and calm. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room AC was very cold, no problems there. Beds were a little hard and I prefer firm mattress. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, spas and a mini mart directly across the street. Not a luxury hotel but a perfect boutique hotel for a few nights.

My friends and I really enjoyed Niken Beach. We made our go. We had incredible service by Marcelino, the food is delicious and they service all the way to the beach area. Overall great quality /price ratio. Scooter /Atv Parking available. Highly recommend!
