This hotel was a wonderful experience for me. The hotel staff was cleaning & wiping down things every time that I seen them, which was of course a couple of time a day. My stay included a free tour to the jewelry shop & the tequila factory. After this, they dropped us off at a beach club where we could walk to the local market & choose to shop & eat.
It seemed like every night, the hotel had a movie night out by the pool which was a nice addition.
Sometimes the housekeeping will tell you something & then not do what they say. For an example, I had to call 4 times to order more water for our room for the mini bar. They said they would come soon the 1st 3 times but we had been waiting for more than a couple of hours those times but finally the 4th time, they showed up.
