The quality of the hot springs is excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. The welcome drink was plentiful, and the breakfast menu was rich and delicious.

Love Japanese Onsens and this Onsen did not disappoint. While this is more of a hotel style with traditional Japanese rooms (as compared to Bessho Onsen which is a more traditional Japanese Inn), it was still worthwhile. The overall service was great. The meals which were included in our booking were outstanding. While the town was quiet it was still Interesting to walk around

I used it as a couple in the last week of August. While the infection of the corona was not calming down, we received a polite response in general. Dinner had a lot of items and was very delicious. Breakfast was in the dining room, but the seats are well spaced and clean, so you can rest assured. The bath is not large, but there is an open-air bath and you can enjoy the hot spring-like smell. At Misakakan, you need to move about 50m to change elevators on the 5th floor. When you go out on the veranda, you can look down at Shiota-daira. The entrance is not very wide. When you park your car, the staff will stop you in the parking lot. I checked the image of the drive recorder, but it was being driven carefully.

信州サーモンがとても美味しかったです。 周囲も静かでかつ歴史ある旅館で落ち着けました。 露天風呂でのビールサービスは中止でしたが、コロナ禍の昨今では致し方ないのかなぁと。そのかわりウェルカムドリンクやモーニングコーヒー等のサービスはとても良かったです。 全体的にコロナウィルス対策も万全で安心して滞在できました。 機会があればまた訪れたいですね。

もうリピートしないと決めていたのでクチコミ入れませんでしたが、今の状況をしりたいので入れます。昨年行きました。食事処はきれいにリニューアルされて料理も工夫されてよかったです。でも肝心の浴室が良くなかった。湯上がり処はきれいにリニューアルされていますが浴室は今までのままらしく狭く息苦しい。洗い場と浴槽が近くシャワーやあらっている泡や石鹸が浴槽に入り大変不衛生でした。また真田氏の赤い浴槽は気持ちいいものの一つしかなく、私がのんびり入っていたら次に入りたい女性が側でじっと見ていてゆっくり入れませんでした。まずリニューアルが必要なのは浴室でしたね。今も変わりませんか?浴室がリニューアルされて広くなったらまた行きたいです。
