Неплохой отель, приемлемый завтрак. В номере нет холодильника. Номера одной из сторон с маленькими окнами и низким уровнем естественного освещения. Неприятно удивлен сотрудником на стойке регистрации Викторией, звонил не сколько раз не взяли трубку, сказала что работала с гостем, во всем достойных отелях давно есть практика в любом случае взять трубку и попросить подождать. Также попросил выезд не полчаса позже, было отказано якобы с высокой загрузкой, по факту воскресенье номеров свободных более чем достаточно, фактически не пригодилось, вы ехал раньше. думаю не амплуа это специалиста работать с гостями отеля.

Потрясающе, широченные кровати, вода, чай, кофе, тапочки,уровень Европейский и абсолютно 4,5*. Завтрак обширный , плюсом национальная кухня и чаи башкирский! На высоте , молодцы, рекомендую! I recommend to all!

Немыслимо завышенная цена (3 ночи на двоих - 51000 рублей) за столь малокомфортный (если не сказать убогий) номер. Перед бронированием я не уделил время для изучения предложения, т.к по опыту знал, что за такие деньги в отеле 3* должен быть представлен приличный комфортабельный номер с местом для хранения одежды, холодильником, баром, изолированным туалетом и т. д.. Действительность сильно разочаровала. Хороший завтрак, воспитанный персонал. Шевченко Александр Юрьевич.
