"A good hotel, took for a day, when the room was not in the room, the toilet was written that the razor, hairdress, toothbrush are in the box, there was nothing at the call to the respiratory immediately brought everything. The view from the room is chic (taken with river view), but there are no balconies to enjoy the view. Breakfasts are excellent."

"Неплохой отель, приемлемый завтрак. В номере нет холодильника. Номера одной из сторон с маленькими окнами и низким уровнем естественного освещения. Неприятно удивлен сотрудником на стойке регистрации Викторией, звонил не сколько раз не взяли трубку, сказала что работала с гостем, во всем достойных отелях давно есть практика в любом случае взять трубку и попросить подождать. Также попросил выезд не полчаса позже, было отказано якобы с высокой загрузкой, по факту воскресенье номеров свободных более чем достаточно, фактически не пригодилось, вы ехал раньше. думаю не амплуа это специалиста работать с гостями отеля."

"I had a very unpleasant incident with the Head of Customer service Mr. Ilgiz. I have got a call at 10 am in the morning and was told to immediately leave the room. The explanation was very inaudible saying something like: we have to clean your suite as will need to show your room to some visitors coming at 12.00. I have a feeling that the guy had difficulties speaking Russian or English as he failed to explain details and kept urging me to leave the room immediately. In return I was offered to ”immediately move to De-Lux suite” that made absolutely no sense taking into account that I was to check out in couple of hours. A terrible service example for Crowne Plaza brand. I am an IHG Platinum member and stayed in numerous Crowne Plazas worldwide, so it's the first example how a good location and cleanliness of the Hotel can be easily ruined by a single wrong person on the stuff. "
