"The kitchenware is complete, I bought green onions and eggs to cook instant noodles.
Self-service check-in is also convenient, but I forgot the check-out time (11:00), and I couldn't get in when I returned to the hotel at 12 noon. I called the customer service number and they re-wrote the card for me to pick up my luggage remotely.
The customer service automatically replied that I didn't need to worry about the broken cup and no compensation was required.
Check-in process: There is a door opening password and check-in QR code in the email. Enter the lobby and scan the check-in QR code with the card writing machine, and take the card and write the card according to the prompts"

"Upon arrival we were received unfriendly. We still had to pay something and wanted to do this in cash. The machine did not accept the note that had just been taken from the machine, after which we were ordered to pay by card. Fine. We brought the stuff to the room and I went to walk the dogs. Immediately the unfriendly man appeared and asked unfriendly again if I had paid for them. I thought I had, but after checking it turned out that this was not the case. I had to come later to pay.
Since the entire treatment was bad, I decided to pay only upon departure. My husband is ill and needs his rest, so I hung the ”do not disturb” on the door. 2 hours later there was a knock. I did not open the door.. Another 2 hours later again. Whether I wanted to pay for the dogs. Yes, tomorrow morning! I have never experienced this before!!!! Upon departure I asked why the knock was necessary since the label was hanging on the door. Was he so afraid that we would not pay? The cash register was wrong, was the answer. We travel a lot, but we will never go back here!!!!!!!"

"It was a nice stay, Room was quite well. Lights and Linens. Toilets clean. Nearby there is a bus stop from which Ulm Hbf can be reached and will take around 10-12 mins.
Nearby, Netto supermarket is also there.
On the right of the hotel , there is a good passage and a park.
Staff at reception was quite helpful.
We loved the hotel."

SSHANSHANThe location is a 15-minute walk from the cathedral. There is a subway station outside. Breakfast is served at the hotel next door. The underground parking lot is suitable for children. Our family room for three has four beds, which is very spacious. Simple, clean, and cost-effective.

ZZHENGXINCozy little hotel, living in a triple room, a large bed plus a sofa bed. The room is small, it is a sloping roof, it is short, the bed is basically full, but it is very clean. American breakfast, similar to the average hotel, there are some, feel good. It is easy to find with navigation. In the small town outside Ulm, there is a free private parking at the door, suitable for self-driving. The front desk is off work at 8:00 in the evening, and the bar is self-service after work. HHi-MissThis trip went to several hotels during the trip. Except for the Hilton at the airport, this hotel was the most satisfactory one on this trip. The price is very affordable, the rooms are clean and clean. I heard that it was a new hotel that was renovated last year. I heard from the front desk that there is an old Riku Hotel about 10 minutes’ walk away from this hotel. By the way, the front desk of the hotel only works in the afternoon. There is no one in the morning and no one after 10 in the evening. Because the train is delayed, the hotel arrives after 10 o’clock. The key is to call the switchboard and get the key through the KeyBox next to the door. AAnonymous UserThe hotel stay with good area. You can walking from train station and very close Ulm Münster so it will have bells sound often. At first floor also have cafe&restaurant. But here have no elevator so please careful to request high floor if you have a big luggage 😅 The staff so kind and help me to carry my big luggage to my room. The door of the hotel is on the side of hotel. You should come to check-in at the cafe “Henriettas Coffee World”
