"Stayed overnight in May 2025, 2 adults and 2 children. Check in process was seamless, the staff were helpful and it was easy to check in rather late (after 8PM). The room was modern with complementary chocolates, coffee and toiletries. Bedding was really comfortable. We paid extra to prearrange a cot. The towel heating was great, but we didn’t use any other heating as the room was quite warm - liked that we could let in fresh air and use a fan for circulation too. The Dyson hair dryer was fantastic! There was a lift (helpful for all our bags). Location was central with a lot to walk and see. We thoroughly enjoyed the great coffee downstairs at the cafe. We would’ve happily extended another night here, but they were booked out - can tell why, our stay was wonderful."

"Very helpful staff. About 4 blocks to the train station and maybe 6 to the Cathedral. Elevator. Front door hard to open when using a wheelchair, but I soon learned that knocking on the door produced a staff member to open it for me. Air conditioning but you need to know how to turn it on, it's not automatic. Nothing fancy, just good solid value for money."

"We arrived at the hotel late at night, and there was no staff at the front desk. However, this wasn't an issue at all, as there's a self check-in machine in the lobby. The process was very simple and straightforward. After checking in, the machine dispensed a slip with a code. We first scanned it to open the main entrance to the hotel, and then used the same code to open our room door. We also used this slip to re-enter the hotel later. The room was clean and tidy. Yes, it's small, but it's a budget hotel, so for a single night's stay, the space is perfectly adequate. The hotel is quite large, and everything is conveniently organized. If you need a comfortable overnight stop while traveling, this is an excellent option."

"I travel a lot, but I've never experienced anything like this before: We were woken up several times in the middle of the night by extremely loud false alarms. My 7-month-old son screamed in panic, and our dog was completely distraught. No staff member was available, no help – I had to remove the smoke detector myself. After that, there was no protection whatsoever in an emergency. The fact that the hotel neither acknowledged this incident nor offered compensation is, in my opinion, simply irresponsible. Safety and service should be top priorities – neither was present here. We certainly won't be coming back."
