This is just the most disgusting place. I still don’t understand how this “hotel” got 4 stars. We came with a young man from another city to spend the weekend, we were offered “for newlyweds”. . I’ll attach a photo so you can understand everything yourself. The mood is spoiled, they refuse to return the money. The room is dirty, it's scary to take off your shoes.

This is a very bad, run down hotel. Only the entrance area is new and beautiful. The rooms are dirty, sockets, mirrors, windows - everything is overgrown with dust. The bed is dirty. In one room there was someone else's hair on it. In another, there are traces of dirty heels on the sheet. In the third - stains on the duvet cover. The soft upholstery of the bed has dirty stains from many years on it. There is dirt on the sink and plumbing fixtures. The staff explains this by saying that these are very popular rooms (apparently that’s why they are not cleaned, apparently this is the logic) This is a very bad hotel.
