The parking lot was spacious and all the rooms were clean.
The living room was spacious and we had the whole building to ourselves, so even if the kids were making a lot of noise and running around, there were no other guests staying there, so we felt at ease. Also, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I think hotels like this are a good way to relax without having to worry.
One thing that was disappointing was that I had some questions to ask the facility on the day of my stay and during my stay, but they never answered the phone, so it took a long time to deal with the situation. Even when I contacted the hotel through a different channel, I was unable to get in touch with the hotel, so the problem could not be resolved. That was the only disappointing aspect, but otherwise I had a very comfortable stay.
It would be nice if there was a phone number that I could contact in case something happened.
I would like to use this hotel again.
