Zeydem Suites

The hotel and the rooms are very stunning. Lovely views too. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. They always went out of their way to provide the best service possible. We enjoyed the food at the hotel too, the breakfast was great. There's a very pretty garden, several places to take photos. The hotel and rooms are spotless. One thing I loved about the room apart from it being huge and stunning, there was a lovely fragrance as soon as you walk into the room and the bathroom.

Everything about Zeydem Suites exceeded our expectations. The stunning location, beautiful garden, flowers everywhere, charming staff and attention to detail overseen by the ever helpful Abdullah. Our suite was gorgeous, the breakfasts lavish and delicious. Abdullah organised a marvellous guide for us, and provided luxurious transport to and from the airport. Magical property in the hills of Urgup. Zeydem has less than 20 rooms, enough to make you feel you're in excellent company, but not crowded. Rooms are HUGE cave rooms, and what I would describe as rustic luxury. We stayed at senior suites with, sitting rooms, huge tubs and delicious showers. In the mornings, breakfast is served in the dining room and is a major asset: Delicious, fresh, excellent service. We also had dinner in the dining room and it was equally super. Big shout out to the dining room manager. THe owner is friendly and helpful and the staff could not do enough for us, including booking our Hot Air Balloon ride.

The room presented on ********** was really beautiful. We were so looking forward to our "538 sq ft Superior Suite" but as soon as we walked into the room I knew something was wrong. Obviously they gave us the wrong room. This small, plain room was not the one I booked, the room shown so dramatically on **********. But the joke was on us. They explained that they have 9 "Superior Suites". One of them is the one in the photographs with multiple rooms, interior columns and arches, upscale furniture and features. The other eight rooms did not have any of that. Sorry.

We were in a small tour group and stayed here for three nights while we explored the Cappadocia region. Built into the side of the soft rock hillside this hotel was just so beautiful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and really looked after us. Our room was just magical with rock walls and marble floors. There was a spa in the bathroom as well as a great shower which had excellent water pressure. It was very quiet and sleep quality was excellent. A great place to recover over 40 hours non stop from Australia. Breakfasts were delightful with lots of local produce and tasty morsels. We had dinner a couple of times. My favourite was a Turkish specialty of Testi Kebab, a beef and vegetable stew baked in a clay pot and served at your table. A wonderful experience.

Visited this property in October and I must say the staff made our stay as comfortable as possible. Very friendly and helpful in all manners. Rooms were luxurious and had amazing products! Etrugul at the reception was very helpful and friendly even whilst working on our booking online. There was Vegetarian options for breakfast and if there was something specific that we required, they made it for us. Rooms were spacious and comfortable but I felt they needed more lighting as it did feel dark and dim…views of Urgup from the private balcony & from the hotel were stunning. overall an amazing experience and comfortable stay at this property!

Loved this place. Especially nice after the Hustle and Bustle of Istanbul. Easy for guides and balloon ride to pick up, 15 minute walk to the town/shops. Service was great, restaurant was nice. Rooftop decks and views.

I had a most wonderful meal at the restaurant when staying next door at the 1811. The staff were pleasant, helpful and attentive. I felt like I was the only diner (I wasn't). I had the clay pot stew upon the waiters suggestion and it was flavourful and fabulous. The starters they bring to the table are fresh and delicious. I am allergic to bees and their magnificent flower garden attracts them, of course. I was getting nervous and explained to them my allergy and they not only moved me with a smile they brought a small bowl with Turkish coffee smouldering and this kept the bees away. Enjoy a delicious meal with stunning views. I highly recommend.
