Yuexiang Huanpeng Hotel (Jingkai Wanda Plaza High-speed Railway Station)

I have stayed here many times, and the room type was upgraded for free. It has always been well received.

I got off the train at 5pm. This hotel is near the train station, very close. It was already 5pm. I went to check in. The front desk said that it had not been cleaned yet and asked me to wait. I saw that there were several rooms online. Then I sat there and waited for 30 minutes. Then 30 minutes later, I took the room card and went to the room. I was tired all day and thought I would just take a rest. I may be a little bit of a germaphobe, but not much. At least I have to check whether the bed sheets and quilt covers have been changed. Then I saw that the bed was messy, and there were hairs. I didn't know what was there. It was dirty. I washed my hands and looked for a towel to wipe my hands. I found that there was only one bath towel? ! My God, maybe I forgot, but it was a bit troublesome for me. The walls were still dirty. I didn't want to say it after typing it. You can see it for yourself. This is not nonsense. I had to get up at 5am the next morning to catch a flight. In short, the hygiene and service of this hotel, as well as the facilities in the room are not comprehensive. I didn't find the hair dryer after washing my hair the next morning! I don't know where it is. I couldn't find it after searching for a long time!

Nice hotel, I liked everything. Comfortable beds and good shower. Close to the train station. Recommended.

The location and environment of the hotel are very good. It is a 3-minute walk from Wanda Jingjing store and is convenient for travel. The front desk service is very good, tidy and responsive. A very good experience.

I came to Urumqi for a business trip and stayed there for many days. The water is very hot and the bath is very comfortable! Due to changes in my itinerary, I planned to renew my room today but didn't. The store was very nice and didn't charge me any overtime fee.
