"I know the hotel probably doesn't care about reviews anymore, but their unprofessionalism was evident right from the airport pickup. It wasn't even the front desk that answered the phone when I tried to contact the hotel! Luckily, there was a pickup service at 12, which is why I'm giving a mediocre review. But if there's no pickup service at 12, why is it listed as available? The bed was a bit dirty, and the towels were old. It's 2026 now, and when my delivery arrived, it was just left in a corner downstairs, no call, no delivery robot. The security guards have a very 'politicized' vibe; I suggest giving them permanent government positions, so their attitude isn't wasted."

"This hotel's location is unbeatable, truly one of a kind! It's right inside the Tianshan Airport terminal. Just walk straight out of the arrival gate, turn right at the very end, and you're there! Even flight attendants and pilots stay here, so you know it's a solid choice! The price is incredible; under 300, it's the best value for money you'll find. I booked it for 413 on Dolphin, but then saw it for only 280 on Piggy (Alitrip)! I immediately contacted Dolphin for a refund of the difference. The facilities are super new, and the soft furnishings are top-notch. The towels, cups, and duvets all feel high-quality. It's truly rare to find such a well-maintained hotel in Xinjiang! For some reason, the room was very warm, but they provided a humidifier, and they were very generous with bottled water. For lunch, they have a set meal of rice with toppings for only 21 yuan!"

"maybe because I stayed during a busy period but the amount i paid (70 aud) was a lot for chinese accomodation versus what I actually received. the rooms themself is ok - decent enough but something you would expect from maybe a ~50aud room, getting into the hotel was difficult as the elevators were slow and serviced a lot of floors."

"I previously stayed at Mehood Lestie in Chongzuo and had a fantastic experience. They offered complimentary cold drinks, afternoon tea, and even late-night snacks during the scorching summer, which was very impressive. The service was excellent, and the price was quite reasonable. This time, I booked the same Mehood Lestie for convenience as I was transferring from a train to a flight the next day. Overall, it was good. Initially, I was given a room that smelled of smoke, but after a quick call, they promptly moved me to another room. The breakfast spread was extensive. To my surprise, I even caught a sunrise from my room the next morning. However, one thing to note is that some room types have steps inside, which made me a bit nervous, fearing I might trip during the night. Luckily, that didn't happen."

"Highly recommend this hotel! It's on a really high floor with massive panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an incredibly expansive view. The room gets amazing natural light during the day, and at night, you can sit by the window and take in the city skyline – the atmosphere is just perfect. The location is absolutely fantastic, super close to the train station, just a few minutes' walk away. It's incredibly convenient for catching high-speed trains, so you don't have to wake up early or rush with your luggage. The room itself is clean and tidy, and the environment is quiet, not noisy at all. My stay was a perfect 10, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town!"
