Everyone was very tired after a long journey, so we were very dissatisfied."

The only downside was some water pooling in the bathroom due to poor drainage."

"Stayed here as part of a two day trip in Urumqi. When I first got the room it smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. Was told by the staff that I could only come back later to try for a different room. When I got back, I still received a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. While the photos show a window, it just a fake one, leading to what looks like a fire escape. Only complaint regarding the window was that it lead to poor ventilation. So my room smelt of cigarette smoke for days."

"This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! First off, the location is absolutely fantastic – super close to the high-speed train station, just a few minutes by taxi. It's nestled in an authentic local neighborhood, with popular old-brand eateries and night markets right downstairs. You get a real feel for local life without any of the noise, making both getting around and finding food incredibly convenient. The room itself was another pleasant surprise. At night, pulling back the curtains reveals a dazzling city skyline; the high-floor view is completely unobstructed. Lying in bed and watching the city lights felt incredibly therapeutic. But the real star was Butler Xiao Huang! From confirming my itinerary before check-in to a warm farewell at checkout, she was incredibly responsive, gentle, and meticulous throughout. Seeing I had a child, she proactively brought kids' slippers. When I casually mentioned being thirsty, she quietly prepared warm honey water. Late at night, she even thoughtfully sent over a guide to local late-night snacks, and every restaurant she recommended was a winner. She even marked down the best times to visit attractions to avoid crowds. This kind of 'subtle yet pervasive' care resonated with me much more than the standardized service at a five-star hotel. Even though it was just a one-night stay, I felt looked after as if I were in my own home."

"Avoid at all costs!!! I usually don't leave reviews unless a place is exceptionally bad! I travel about 10 times a year and have stayed in countless hotels, both expensive and cheap. This one is by far the worst I've experienced in its price range. There's simply no service to speak of; they don't even meet basic expectations, let alone offer anything thoughtful. The front desk staff seemed clueless, took forever to handle issues, and told me to contact others myself when I asked questions. They even charged me for a piece of A4 paper, which is unheard of in all the hotels I've stayed in! In the morning, I didn't have time for breakfast, and they wouldn't let me pack it up. How can they justify such service? I chose this hotel because the reviews mentioned convenient breakfast takeaways and its proximity to the airport, but neither was true. Either the reviews are fake, or the staff training is completely inadequate. The kids' play area is tiny. I stayed for two nights, and they didn't replace the toiletries. This hotel mainly caters to tour groups, with one group after another. Forget comparing it to hotels nationwide; even compared to guesthouses in Xinjiang, their service quality falls short. The overall experience was terrible! Absolutely awful!"
