"This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Urumqi, and it was a really satisfying start to my trip. I arrived quite late and missed the airport pickup, but the front desk staff was super enthusiastic and helpful. I think they even upgraded my room. The staff's service attitude is genuinely excellent. The breakfast had a great variety, though the hot dishes leaned a bit too Western for my taste. Also, it surprisingly didn't go until 11 AM, which was tough for a late riser like me, haha. I stayed for two nights, but couldn't extend for a third because they were fully booked. I'll definitely be back. Wishing them great business!"

"The hotel couldn't be booked on time, cleaning was slow, and there was a queue to check in. The front desk staff were rude. After checking out, the room key was returned to the front desk, but a few hours later the staff accused the guest of losing the key and demanded compensation. They yelled on the phone, were rude, and were negligent in their work, blaming the guest for their mistakes. It was a terrible experience!"
