Ruby Elegant Hotel (Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar Erdaoqiao Subway Station)

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, making it feel just like home. There are all sorts of delicious food options right outside the door. I highly recommend this as your top choice for accommodation.

Transiting in Urumqi, I chose the Hongbaoshi Yazhi Hotel, which is quite close to the Grand Bazaar. The decor has a distinct ethnic charm, with red walls in the rooms, and it's well-maintained and clean. The biggest plus is that right outside, you'll find all sorts of fantastic food stalls – lamb skewers, naan bread, baked samsa – you name it!

The room is spacious, and the location is excellent. Right outside the door, you're immersed in the local atmosphere, and it's very close to the Grand Bazaar. The lady at the front desk was beautiful and very kind; she extended our checkout until 2 PM, which allowed us to explore a bit more and then relax before leaving.

The front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic, the room was clean and spacious, and the facilities were complete. The only downside is to avoid rooms facing the street; at midnight in Xinjiang, it's still lively, making it hard to sleep 😂

The room was really comfortable, and the lady at the front desk even gave me a free room upgrade. They were super responsive to all my requests. Plus, ordering takeout was a breeze with the robot delivering directly to my room. The location is absolutely fantastic!
