The front desk service was great, the breakfast was delicious, and parking was convenient.

The front desk staff, particularly Chen, provided excellent service. The room was great and I was very satisfied.

The environment is clean and tidy, the front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient for getting around. Highly recommended.

Not good. When I booked the room, the platform indicated it was a non-smoking room, and I also requested a smoke-free environment. However, when I got to the room, there was a clear smell of smoke. I asked to switch rooms, but the second room also smelled of smoke. The staff member said, "That's just how it is here." The front desk directly told me there were only two rooms available and I had to choose between them. It seems the management defaults to allowing smoking even in rooms marked non-smoking, and they take it for granted. If there are no non-smoking rooms, then the platform should change the designation to 'smoking allowed' so that those of us with such requirements won't choose your hotel. In the end, I was so angry that I requested a refund, and only then did the manager give me a room without a smoke smell.
