Friendly staff and helpful . They do provide airport drop off service which is good for me . The only things that they need to improve is their water pressure , abit slow .

Very nice and very clean. Recommended for those who come and go by plane. I managed to walk and return back from the sports center Metro. Its not near, a good 20 mins walk each way. From the metro to Erdaoqiao station for the GRAND BAZAAR of Urumqi, definitely worth a visit. 10 minutes walk outside the BAZAAR is a food street. The food is really nice.

I had a great time at Leisure (Bestow Hotel) as a frequent traveller, I have not seen such an excellent customer service. Everyone at the reception was very helpful and smiling, which is very important for me. They fixed me a lot of things which I needed to sort out. I am very grateful. Highly recommended in Urumqi.
