Location location. Overall satisfied with one night stay. The staff were amazing. Small thing. Be nice if they had coffee or tea available for travelers traveling early in the morning in the room☺️

Excellent location to visit Valence with everything on the doorstep. Clean and comfortable apar**ent, useful to have a washing machine and dryer on site. Very good wifi and very pleasant staff at reception. If you bring a car, be aware there is a height limit of 1.85m for all underground car parks in the centre (so not for big cars or cars with a roof box). But open-air public paying parking (€18 for 24h) in the next street.

Staffs was very helpful and approachable, but it is time to invest into improving the rooms and total comfort. Focus on cleanliness needs to be prioritised and breakfast options needs to improve! Many better breakfast options around.

A fuir !!! Une sorte de lit de camps dans la chambre : pas un lit en fait : ressort bruyant et matelas en mousse . Nuit blanche assurée, on a finit par mettre le matelas en mousse par terre. Et la réception répond " oui en effet mais on est en train de changer ces lits.." sauf que des commentaires datant de plusieurs annees parlent déjà de ces lits! Ils nous offrent une nuit pour 4 de ce fait : merci mais j ai peur de retomber sur ces lits de camps.

Je n'ai pas du tout aimé cet appart hôtel. Je l'ai trouvé du tristesse à mourir...
Ma chambre étais dans une pièce sans fenêtre (genre un grand cagibi avec un petit lit (1place), je voyage beaucoup et c'est la 2ème fois que je tombe sur ce genre de lit. Matelas de mauvaise qualité, lit qui fait du bruit quand on bouge et oreiller trop dur.
Petit déjeuners très basiques.
Point positif la propreté où il n'y a rien à redire.
