Bypillow Sinfonía

A small, newly renovated city hotel in an authentic quarter, set in old walls. Rooms and bathrooms are ultra-modern (although design takes precedence over practicality in the case of the washbasin, for example) and attractive, very clean, service could still be improved - daily towel changes against request should no longer be a thing of the past. Friendly reception, when asked, led us to the best available room at check-in, but why isn't the "quiet" booking request taken into account straight away? The coffee and tea facility was very much appreciated, as was water in the small lobby. Good lighting design in the room, TV with enough national channels, even Radio Clásica - la que quieres! Overall, a perfect starting point, ten minutes' walk to the stadium or art museum, a little further into the center, but also well connected to public transport.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Excellent and comfortable, new and well-kept rooms. Kind at the reception. Close to means of transport. Around there are places frequented by residents and students. Price consistent with the offer proposed. Recommended

This hotel is an aberration for the neighborhood, it will ruin the atmosphere and life, and those of us who live here do not want any more shitty tourism. These hotels should be built somewhere else and let us live in peace. The neighborhood is for those who live there. If anyone wants to stay here, they should know what they are contributing to.

El hotel es muy bonito y nuevo, la cama es excelente, el detalle de hervidor eléctrico, sobres de té y café, botella de agua, la limpieza es impecable, el barrio con barcitos agradables. Es cierto lo del olor en el baño pero es un problema ya sabido de toda la ciudad, y los que hablan mal del hotel son vecinos que se opusieron a su construcción, el hotel está impecable y es muy recomendable.
