Un desastre. Reserve inicialmente habitación para 27 a 30 de Junio de 2020 que, por causa da pandemia, tuvo que ser cancelado. Desde entonces, he pedido insistentemente por el reembolso (voucher que tenho aún guardado) y nunca han dado resposta. Fueron muchas llamadas y mails y dicen que el hotel está cerrado. Pienso que el hotel fué vendido al grupo Selenta, quienes también se niegan a dar respuesta. Continuo a aguardar hasta hoy por el reembolso.

En abril 2020 teníamos reserva para un fin de semana un grupo de amigos. Nos íbamos de concierto!!!!! Todo bien hasta que llego el covid y como todos sabemos se decreto un estado de alarma , no pudiendo ir al concierto ni por supuesto disfrutar del fin de semana en este hotel de Valencia. Pues bien a fecha de hoy, agosto 2022 , cuando todo tipo de empresas han devuelto el dinero de eventos, reservas.... que tuvieron lugar durante el estado de alarma, nosotros debemos ser los únicos a los que no se nos devuelve el dinero de esta reserva hotelera. Por que? Expohotel sabrá! No recomiendo para nada esta empresa y por supuesto cuando vuelva a Valencia que volveremos, no nos alojaremos en este hotel y espero que muchos de vosotros no lo elijáis. Espero haber ayudado a que os timen por un fin de semana de ocio. Saludos
