After having read some reviews of this hotel, we were slightly apprehensive about staying there, however, it was fabulous. The location is brilliant, you can walk to the national park from the front door. The outdoor pools are absolutely amazing, especially after a long day hiking, and they are set in beautiful grounds full of fountains and incredible trees. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had a large walk-in shower. Breakfast had everything you could wish for, we didn't eat there in the evening. Our massages were excellent, if not a little expensive, we didn't use the thermal baths. My only criticism would be our picnic, which was rather disappointing, seeing as it was a breakfast replacement. We are definitely going to stay there again.

The hotel is a bit dated and desperately needs a refresh. The site, however, is fantastic and the property has lots of potential. Service was also quite good for a hotel of this level.

The quality of the lousy food was burned or too raw it is clear that the cook is not good. The room shows the lack of arrangement. Room without air conditioning, they had the regulator but not the air conditioner. Although they offered wifi they did not have it did not work and with multiple excuses that are not valid and less at this time. The swimming pools closed and without hammocks to rest, We went to rest and we had to leave because we couldn't even sit down to enjoy the beautiful a**osphere that turned out to be the only decent thing. I do not recommend it to anyone unless they do a major remodel and it should be checked.

Some old and dirty. It is saved by a very good lunch and dinner menu. For a family room they give you ONE key, if you want another, pay a deposit of €5 in cash that they keep in an envelope from Grandma. It is a thermal center but if you want a towel you pay a €15 deposit. In the room (badly lit, with falling reading lamps) not even a sad bottle of water from the thermal spring that gives the spa its name. The dryer is antediluvian and does not dry. They put a roll of toilet paper for 3. Small towels, a bulk gel dispenser in the sink and another in the shower. 2 little bottles (I'm always talking about a family room, 4 people...) of body lotion and that's it. Of course, the half board lunches and dinners are very good: varied, well cooked and well served. The weak breakfast, hotel anywhere. Frankly, the 4 stars will be for the setting because the hotel…

Very poor quality / price ratio. We will not return nor recommend it to anyone. A VERY old-fashioned hotel that, despite its prices, shows that it has invested little or nothing in renovating the facilities and rooms in recent years. There is only one wing with a simple renovation (the wall dryers are the same as those of the unrenovated wings for example, they are useless, you have to ask for separate dryers at reception and they have very few). The rest of the wings are not even worth describing, rooms that remain the same as many years ago. Breakfast without more, in a 4 star with these prices you would expect, for example, fresh orange juice, but it will not be. The rest of the normal breakfast buffet but as I say, no more. You have to pay 23 euros each time you want to enter the spa, even if you are a hotel client. There is another circuit for 32 euros that is more specialized than I did and I honestly think it's not worth it. The front desk people were pretty useless overall. I went with my family and we stayed 5 nights in two rooms. Terrible trea**ent despite making a long stay. In short, a hotel with a lousy quality / price ratio, outdated, you don't eat well and the trea**ent is bad. We will not return and will not recommend it to anyone.

Trato a clientes Imserso cuartelario.
