Pros: Location, swimming pool, breakfast, towels, very friendly front desk staff
Disadvantages: Lots of cockroaches and mosquitoes, blanket zipper not closed.

This hotel is basically inhabited by Koreans, and the TV stations inside are all Korean TV stations. It is in the middle of the city, and there is a street market as soon as you come out. Great location in the middle of the night market. Service is great :)
Regardless of whether it was a scooter, tours or a drop-off service to the train station, the staff was always very helpful.
The rooms are conveniently located towards the inner courtyard so that you don't notice much of the hustle and bustle of the street.
Breakfast was the best so far on our trip (for the price). Can only recommend the hotel.

They should not call this hotel a resort. The Confetti Garden Resort needs a lot of work. Not sure where to start. Here is the positive: staff are amazing and very helpful, beds comfortable and shower is good with a lot of hot water. Now for the negative: room needs a deep clean. Walls were disgusting and dirty. Bathroom cabinet doors held in place with toilet paper, cups in room were dirty. Towels had stains and need to be replaced. Then our door to the balcony. This was so bad - light shines through, handle broken (falling off) and can't open all the way as it gets stuck on the balcony floor. Next breakfast. Not great, but ou can find something to eat as they have fruit and an egg station. The breakfast room is not a room to relax and enjoy your breakfast with a cup of coffee. Oh yeah, then coffee. The coffee that they serve at breakfast is not worth drinking. My husband's description is that it tasted like mud and the juice tasted like water. If or when I return to Vang Vieng, I would not stay here. Choose another hotel when you come to Vang Vieng.
