property is located in a very peaceful residential area at the same time near to all popular places. many transport options are available from the hotel. hotel rooms are very clean and we'll maintained. Staff are very curtoues.

Be it say food, services, amenities - very much impressed.The only thing the hotel needs to take care is cleanliness of the bed linens(off course they promptly took care)

Staff are very prompt and responsive ! Location is too little inside but close to the temple ! Food - they use the steamed rice very difficult to digest , less quantity! Service is good , they helped to change my congested rooms 3 times - overall Good to Average !

Very nice and homely hotel in a clean neighbourhood. Proximity to kashi vishwanath temple is a big plus. Staff is very courteous and food is simply awesome.

Good place to stay. Food is great and served well too. No open spaces but rooms are well sized and both restaurants are good. Neat clean and they even give boutique toiletries. And yes the hot water is really hot unlike in most of hotels. Location wise any place where a vehicle can enter in Benares is great 😊. You can get rickshaw for your local trips by few guys Pintoo n Amit outside the hotel. It’s difficult to gauge the rate though as it varies in Benares. But if ok with comfort level prefer that over car as the traffic is too much and you will end up spend twice thrice the amount of time. Have a great time in Kashi. Har Har Mahadev.

Rooms are equipped with nice furniture. 24 hour wifi service available. Food quality is yummy. Staff behaviour is very very polite. Buffet breakfast is nice. No separate menu for lunch/dinner provided in packages. They provide the foods from the same main menu. It's a nice property for the tourists visiting kashi vishwanath dham.

the room was okay and the bathroom was clean however the bed linen was not very clean. food was good few things that could have been better- as it is place of temples, we left room at 3am, however there was no round the clock tea/coffee at the restaurant which was an inconvenience for senior citizen people like my parents secondly the rooms were not sound proof, due to which one a day we wanted to wake up late we couldn't as there was constant noise of other room residents.. At the time of check out I specifically confirmed from the reception if it is possible to get a late check out of 1hr, for which they agreed, however later I got a call stating that I need to vacate immediately and that they had said they will see if there is a possibility and not agreed to late check out.. when the housekeeping staff was taking out luggage he said vacate the room rudely, as if after asking him to take out bags we are going to continue being in the room. This was unacceptable. ultimately we gave the key card for one room, at that point the reception manager said that the other room can be vacated in another 10-15minutes. if ultimately they had to give us time to check out then the last minute intimation of this decision could have been avoided and the behaviour could have been more polite. timely information would have made it more convenient.. overall the hotel is at a location nearby to the temple... the person who was there at the reception on the day of check in was friendly, hospitable and helped us with direction. if the above points were to be considered, I would have rated the experience of my stay better.

Comfortable stay, awesome food, friendly staff, walking distance from multiple tourists places, public transport is also available just 200 meters away from hotel, overall good. Few issue room size is small as compare to the price, my room was on ground floor due to which i had to face network issue, no network at all.
