This is one of the most beautiful hotels we've ever stayed at. The room was spacious and modern, the spa was fantastic, and the exterior pools and gardens were equally impressive. Everything was spotless, and we appreciated the attention to cleanliness. We also found the price reasonable, though it was off-season. However, there were several disappointments that took away from the overall experience. Starting with the restaurant: it was crowded, with long queues and very basic food options. At times, the food was even undercooked, which raised health concerns. This made dining stressful rather than enjoyable. Additionally, we noticed some guests were inconsiderate and even smoked in their rooms, causing the hallways to smell unpleasant. At one point, smoke even reached our bathroom from another room, and though we complained to the reception, the only response was to spray an air freshener. This lack of enforcement around the "no smoking" policy was frustrating, especially for a wellness-oriented hotel. The hotel staff also permitted guests to reserve beach chairs with towels, making it difficult to find seating. This seemed unregulated and added to the sense of disorganization. For children, evening entertainment options were practically non-existent. There is a small playroom, but with limited games, it felt overcrowded and insufficient for the number of children. Furthermore, the cost for charging electric vehicles was the highest we've encountered, making it feel unreasonable. The thermal house nearby was a decent experience, though I recommend bringing your own towels and bathrobes from the hotel. Despite asking prior at the reception, we were told they would be provided there but we found out when getting there that we had to pay extra. Finally, the WiFi was poor, and although there was a Smart TV in the room, it wasn’t connected to the internet, limiting its use. Overall, we don’t plan to return. If management continues to tolerate inconsiderate behavior and doesn’t improve service quality, it risks alienating guests who value a more respectful and pleasant environment.

Fabulous place. Would definately stay again. When booking I assumed it included the 'thermal journey part' but it doesn't. This needs to be made clearer. The deluxe room was lovely. The mini bar was superb. It would help if milk was included for the coffee and tea. The food was very good. The children going wild on their scooters through reception and the breakfast room was not acceptable at all....an accident waiting to happen!!

It has been almost three months since our return from sunny Bulgaria, but I still fondly remember our stay at the wonderfully clean, cozy, well-equipped and well-organized hotel Ensana Aquahouse. I would like to sincerely thank the staff of the hotel’s SPA, especially kinesiotherapist Leo (thank you so much for your care and professionalism!), as well as the charming Diana Spasova for her attention. We will definitely return to that lovely place! With best wishes from Stockholm, Olena.

After staying in more than eight different hotels during a round trip in Bulgaria, I must say that this one stands out as the best value for the price. It’s the epitome of a spa resort, featuring multiple pools, a stunning garden, and an ideal location near the beach. The hotel offers a variety of restaurants, bars, and lounge areas, along with complimentary access to the nearby Aquahouse, which provides additional pools, hot tubs, and a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast and dinner buffets included a nice variety of dishes, including some traditional Bulgarian cuisine. The property is large, elegantly designed, and perfect for a full relaxation experience. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Without a doubt, this has been my best spa experience so far.

I recently stayed at Ensana Aqua House Bulgaria and was very disappointed. After forgetting my sandals in the room, I called the hotel the very next day, only to be told that they couldn’t be found and may have been thrown away. This response is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about security at the hotel. It's unacceptable for a hotel to throw guests' belongings so quickly. This careless attitude left me wondering if my sandals were stolen rather than lost. Either way, this shows a major lack of care and security regarding guests' personal items. This represents a serious security breach, and I would advise anyone staying here to be aware of the risks involved as this is not a safe hotel!!!

Well! Yes, the hotel rooms, cleanness and everything related to the building was superb! But the staff were rude. Impolite and never really wanted to help you. Upon our arrival, I met a gentleman who started my check-in. I did provide my booking references and my ID. Then I explained to him that my wife was in the car with the toddler and I would provide her ID later. He kept pushing and persisting. Then the lad decided to say something absurd. I mean absurd. If I don't return or forget the spa towel cards I will be charged up to 40BGN for a towel. But his exact words were "For Bulgarians it is expensive and we know you don't return towels". Firstly he discriminated and second, saying it that way is a major issue. Also what he meant is we may not have money or are poor. It's a big red flag. After we've checked in it was time for dinner. We picked a table, put the food on our plates and tried to get a waiter so we could purchase drinks. No one came. I asked a few staff members but they were too busy to inform their colleagues (waiters) because of gossiping about guests and personnel. Another issue I'm about to raise is the wasp in the BBQ restaurant at lunchtime. It was terrible. I raised the issue with management and other staff members but they said we can't do anything about it. Then we had an issue with the car parking. We decided to go out because our toddler was not feeling okay. But our car was blocked by a bloke. When approached reception staff and manager at the time it took them more than 40 minutes to find to whom the car belongs. As it was not in the guest lists. What I got in return was not sorry but more of removed are you going out now? And then I replied now I'm going to the local medical centre. And then he said well I can't control guests. It's appalling. That you as a staff can't follow your rules and keep everything under control. And the list can go on and on but I think that's enough. To summarize I do not recommend it. And to shorten and make the review even more precise this is how I'm going to rate it. Building Facilities ( Rooms, room service, cleaning etc..) - 5/5 Staff Reception - 1/5 Staff in the Restaurants - 1/5 Food variation and quality for a 5-star hotel are really poor - 2/5 Overall experience for the money paid is poor. It's shameful that such a hotel can't reach its full potential. Overall rating including all the services we've used during our stay - 1.5/5

Rooms are comfortable but basic. Shower and toilet are in the room with only smoked glass doors so there is no privacy. Workmanship is poor for a 5 star hotel and the lock on our toilet door fell off to highlight this! But if you dont mind, then the room was otherwise very comfortable. Sea view from our large balcony was fabulous and more than compensated for any dissatisfaction. No milk was provided to have with the complimentary coffee which would be a quick win. Lots of other complimentary snacks and drinks were provided though so all that's needed is a few little milk pots please! Breakfast offering was great and varied. The food was excellent. There weren't many tables so recommend getting there as early as possible to avoid the scrum! Also, if you like coffee, dont use the hot drinks machine. There are flasks of coffee next to the cold milk dispenser but you have to hunt for this as it is relatively hidden. The hotel landscaping is exceptional. The spa facilities are second to none. There are multiple outdoor pools with water temp ranging from 26 -28 degrees. We were planning to use our free access to the Aqau House but there was so much wellness and spa facilities in the hotel itself, everything was on site so there was no need!

My stay was absolutely incredible. From the warm welcome to the beautifully designed rooms, every detail was tailored for comfort and relaxation. The spa experience was truly the highlight—world-class facilities and exceptional treatments left me and my family feeling utterly rejuvenated. Dining was another delight, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients creating memorable meals. The staff’s attentive service made every moment special, from personalized spa recommendations to thoughtful touches in the room. There are also lots of pools with mineral water that is super good for your wellbeing. The area that is situated is also very beautiful near the sea so there were lovely night walks. We had a view of the sea from our room! If you’re seeking a luxurious getaway where you can unwind and recharge this is the place to be. I left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to return!

I have been left with no words after visiting this hotel. I would like to start off with the fact that there is no available spacing in the restaurant and no available beach chairs for everyone, for example one morning I woke up early to go and reserve spaces for me and my family with a baby, and then after breakfast we went down to see that all of our towels were thrown of the chairs and people had taken our spaces. The guy that worked by the beach which helped organise everything didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t do his job properly, likewise to all the other staff in this hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel at all and I’m very disappointed.
