Clean friendly staff

It's a very nice hotel. It's clean, new, and the staff is helpful. There was a wide variety of breakfast options.

Nice modern hotel. Clean and trendy. Good breakfast. Location abit far from the train station. Need to get a porter if you are carrying a lot of luggaeges like us. 30 min walk to St. MARK square and 30 min walk to Realito Bridge. But walking is the fun part of visiting venice so no complaints .

The room is new, not too big, and the breakfast is good. It's about ten minutes' walk from Lucia station, not too close but acceptable.
