Also, I would like to compliment the chef who prepared the breakfast. Fresh and diverse fruits are prepared more than the famous four-star hotel, and the food is all delicious. Offering luxurious service for the price, this hotel is comparable to the name of a villa. This hotel is far from a train station, bus terminal, and public parking lot, but it is close to the airport, dock, and beach. We stayed in Venice for 18 nights and 19 days because my mom is sick, and if you are a traveler who can afford time like us, you'd better stay at Lido Island, travel to the surrounding islands, and enjoy the beach through this hotel."

"An amazing hotel!  Arrived in Venice by train from Trieste (after disembarking from a cruise ship).  Getting to the hotel and around Venice was easy using the vaporetto (bought the 48 hour passes at the pier kiosk located outside the train station).  The hotel, room, bathroom, and view were beautiful!  The hotel staff including the receptionist and concierge were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!  They provided an amazing and unexpected surprise on our 2nd day there…recognizing my wife’s birthday.  We returned to the room and they had placed balloons on the bed and had a bottle of champagne and other fine treats waiting for her!  This hotel and staff go above and beyond the 5 star expectations!"

"We picked this hotel based on it's location - wanted to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Venice. This was perfectly placed - right opposite the water bus terminals so had easy access from the train station on arrival and then also direct to the airport on our departure. We had a terrace room, overlooking the lagoon - views were excellent and was nice to sit our there at the end of the day and enjoy a glass of wine and take in the view. Service was good - room was cleaned daily, reception staff were helpful - as were the bar staff and the waiting on team. Breakfast was included and was enough to give us a start to the day."

"The location is quite convenient, about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station, and there are bus stops nearby. There's no kettle, and all drinks in the mini-fridge, including a 500ml bottle of mineral water, cost 1.5 euros. The tray only has two glass cups, with no free coffee or tea for brewing. Even though I never use them, their absence makes the hotel seem cheap. The only saving grace was that the restaurant staff downstairs were very nice and willing to fill my thermos with hot water. There was only toilet paper, no facial tissues. This is the stingiest four-star hotel I've ever stayed in. I had already paid the full room rate, but upon check-in, they insisted on scanning my passport and credit card together for their records. Luckily, I had covered my security code beforehand. I don't understand why this rundown place needed to keep a credit card on file, probably for those overpriced drinks in the fridge? I'd been traveling for ten days, and all other hotels only required an additional city tax payment. This old-fashioned place was the only one that insisted on a credit card deposit."

"Well located hotel, with easy (vaporetto and by foot) connections to all parts of Venice. Breakfast was included and was good. There is a supermarket a couple of mins away. For those with mobility issues but does not use a wheelchair, please check what the hotel has in place to support you when the lift does not work. We chose this hotel as it has lift access to all floors. On the day we were checking out, the power was shut off for works (by the local govt and not the hotel). This resulted in the lifts being inaccessible, making it impossible for one person in our party to access the room. While the hotel was helpful in bringing luggage downstairs, it was concerning that they had no solution to help someone unable to take the stairs. We were fortunate that we had a solution that did not require help from hotel staff, but I am not clear on how someone with mobility issues and stuck on the upper floors would be able to move."

"The accommodation was very close to the Venice Mestre train station, 2 minutes walk. The room met the standards for a couple of nights stay. The drawbacks we found were that, on the day of check-out when we were going to collect the luggage that they had stored for us (a good point on the part of the accommodation) they had thrown away the food and drinks that we had left in the fridge. On the other hand, they did not have any shared toilets that could be used after checking out."
