I have been going to Filonardi for more than 30 years. The staff and service is always good. Unfortunarely, the hotel has seen better days. This used to be a lovely hotel with a good restaurant. The hotel needs to be refurbished. There is no longer a restaurant.

Historic building located in a medieval village. The service was satisfactory. The staff is attentive and the included breakfast is plentiful and with fresh products. The bedrooms and bathrooms need to be renovated. All in all, given the location and the atmosphere it offers, I would return

Triple Room on the Ground Floor. The buffet breakfast is good and varied but I felt in awe both for the presence of an employee who serves you and never leaves but above all for the extremely large and cold environment (huge round tables) and for the extreme silence , which leads you to speak softly. The village is very beautiful but offers little in the evening. Getting to the hotel was inconvenient, you arrive at the secondary entrance (on a narrow road with a steep climb) and the car has to be left there or in the square. The room, a bit decadent, had dark walls and a lot of dust in sight!!! The bathroom was comfortable and clean, with hygiene products present. Empty bar fridge. Last night the hotel was hosting a birthday party and we heard the music until late.

Staying at the Filonardi hotel is like taking a trip back in time, a historic residence that has preserved the atmosphere of the past but at the same time provides all modern comforts. Very quiet hotel located in a panoramic setting. The room assigned to us was very small and the bed non-existent (it was practically a bed base with a small mattress). The very large terrace was shared with another room (!) We wanted to stay another night but we gave up.

We used the hotel as a base for our travels around the surrounding area. The first night we had the inconvenience that the room did not have air conditioning: at breakfast the next day they immediately assured us that they would change the room (and the second night the difference was notable). Capodanno nel frusinate in pullman. Fare 2 o 4 volte al giorno porta Romana hotel a piedi non è il massimo, per fortuna nei 4 giorni non abbiamo avuto pioggia. Naturalmente non è "colpa vostra" ma di chi ha fatto questa scelta per di più "recidivo."

Siamo stati a cena nel ristorante di questo albergo, poichè ospiti di altra struttura. Ambienti molto raffinati e signorili. Servizio celere, personale gentile e molto disponibile.
