The location is excellent, easy to take public transportation and visit highlights. The slippers provided are convenient and comfortable.

I found this place while looking for a place to stay.
First of all, I liked the location because it was in the middle of wherever I was going, and it was close to the tram to Belem district and tram number 28.
Also the staff is very friendly!!! I hope everyone goes here because of this part.
The room was clean, of course, and although it was a bit small, it covered everything else.
The breakfast is also delicious, so I recommend trying it.

The hotel is new, designer, excellent breakfast (bought on the spot), but in fact the hotel rooms are very small, 10-12 sq.m., not counting the bathroom. Although the website states 20 sq.m.

The service attitude of the front desk staff was quite satisfactory, and the room was quite comfortable. But the layout was a bit strange (maybe it was because the price was too low and I was assigned to the lowest room type).

I was very pleased with my accommodations and the service I received at My Story Hotel Figueira in Lisbon, Portugal.
Andre was amazing I arrived super early 8:00am was jet lagged and he checked me in early.
Rooms are spotless clean and comfortable.
Polite staff and friendly Guiterem and Ronny were the best.
I would definitely return to my story Figueira..
