We stayed at hotel Blu Aran at the beginning of December in order to enjoy the opening of ski season at Baqueira Beret ski resort.
The location of the hotel is in Vielha, just a short walk from downtown and still in a quiet side road. It has available free parking, which is not a common thing here, since many hotels charge up to 10€ per day to use their parking space even to customers.
Breakfast is good but lacking a bit in variety.
Rooms are comfortable and cozy with good condition appliances, we specially enjoyed the big bathtub to relax with a hot bath after the whole day skiing. Also the balcony is a very nice space with a great view over the rooftops of Vielha.
Overall a good experience in Hotel Blu Aran

Terrible service, at the time of check-in, the guys were unsure of my reservation, they didn't know if I had made it, they didn't clean the room only on the first day, then I had to go to the reception to request the daily cleaning supplies, they did not deliver daily towels, they did not solve the problems due to the lack of coordination on the part of the managers, and finally I consider that they sell more advertising for what the hotel really is, the rooms are different compared to what that they publish in the photographs.
I would not recommend this place because of the disappointment and experience I had. The only thing I save is the restaurant. Good breakfast, and the boys at my disposal.

We stayed for my husband's birthday. The room they gave us with the view of the city is beautiful and worth staying. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic variety and we should ask them to refill everyday when we go late to eat. We stayed at the hotest day and there is no air conditioner neither a ventilator. The first day we couldnot sleep due to the heat and the second night we spoke to receptionist to provide a ventilator she said they don't have any. Overall the hotel is worth to stay if you want the best views. We will definitely go back again in the winter.

Very good place. Warm welcome in French. The room was very clean with recent materials. The cleaning is of high quality. We had a view of the mountains but with two single beds at the expense of the double bed initially requested. We had breakfast in the hotel, the buffet was good and complete for the price it remains very reasonable.

The hotel is nice, the girls are very very friendly, but I would not return, they put us in a room that had a door that gave access to another room, in theory that type of room is for families with children, those in the other room did a lot of noise and everyone could hear it horrible, and the clients on the upper floor ufff it was a piece of furniture dragging all the time night day making noise with the furniture, impossible to rest and be able to have a party. I give 3 stars for the girls and for the room. Bed, bathroom very good. Regarding being able to rest, score 0. Not to be repeated.

Highly recommended, the hotel is renovated, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was sparkling and the breakfast was perfect, the staff was very friendly and attentive, I will definitely repeat it, I recommend it 100%. And let me not forget to say that it has beautiful views.

Tiny rooms. €230 a night and they don't even have bar service, being quite far from Vielha. Ok, it's high season and it's Baqueira, but compare with others. Cleaning and service is good, but... it's not worth it for that price.

Without a doubt to repeat. I recommend booking the rooms with a balcony and views of the valley. The views are stunning. Very friendly staff and spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. I would definitely repeat.
