Recommended, but.... Located in Vienna's Old Town, apartment is in a neighborhood of high-rise residential buildings on Tiefer Graben. Building common areas are rather cheerless. Good staff communications. We stayed six nights in #19, a 1-bedroom apartment. Plenty of space for two travelers, stated size is 55m². Very clean and well used. Bed and pillows were very comfy. The bathroom was right size with tub/shower. The glass shower screen encloses about one-half of the tub. However, the sliding glass door was stuck and would not close. The sink is a trough style and, while very large, it reduces the counter space and the faucet is difficult to operate. The commode is in a separate water closet which also has a shower. The shower door was difficult to open/close so we didn't use it. Dining area has a table with 4 chairs and living room has a sofa. Wi-Fi signal was good. Enough power outlets to charge devices. Kitchen is cozy and located behind a closet-like door with a half-step up to enter. It has a mini-fridge, electric water kettle, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven/cooktop. Plenty of utensils and enough pots and pans for basic meal prep. Clothes washer, SDB. Building entry instructions and lockbox code for apartment key emailed several days before check-in. Payment terms: Paid 30% when booking with balance charged five days prior to check-in. And on check-in day a 150 euro hold put on CC.
