Habyt Vienna
9.7 (22 reviews)

Habyt Vienna

📍 Bruno-Marek-Allee 26, Leopoldstadt, Vienna

"We stayed in Habyt for 2 nights and were very pleasantly surprised to know that the hotel was opened a couple of days. It is still brand new! We were among the first ones to stay here. The room was perfectly clean and new. We were welcomed with small gifts and as a bonus we also had some breakfast snacks. The hotel is located in the new community area and has access to all main attractions. There is a tram and metro nearby. The only drawback is that there was only 1 nearby supermarket which was also closed on Sunday. Overall we enjoyed our stay!"

Steigenberger Hotel Herrenhof Hotels in Vienna

Steigenberger Hotel Herrenhof

"The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of museums, galleries, and major tourist spots, and the front desk and bell staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Thank you for going the extra mile, especially with the lovely birthday cake. However, we did notice a water leakage sound in our room during the night."

InterContinental Wien Hotels in Vienna

InterContinental Wien

"First off, I have to say the Trip.com platform service was surprisingly excellent! They helped coordinate an early check-out due to special circumstances, and it was very efficient. Now, about the InterContinental Vienna. I'm not even going to mention the outdated facilities, tiny rooms, or inconvenient location. What really got to me was the staff – from the service personnel to the room service and the lobby bar – everyone had a cold demeanor, and they even seemed annoyed when I made a purchase. Absolutely no sense of hospitality. The breakfast? Let's just say it was barely passable; a 35-euro standard breakfast felt more like a 3.5-euro experience. It's definitely not suitable for families with children, maybe just barely for tour groups. I rarely leave reviews, but this time, I really want to warn everyone to avoid this place."

"I stay here once a year, and the service is always good, and the rooms are decent. This time, though, I got a gray-themed room, which I wasn't too fond of. Some of the facilities inside seem to be designed for older guests."

Hotel Wien Schönbrunn Hotels in Vienna

Hotel Wien Schönbrunn

"The hotel was conveniently located next to a metro stop , easy to get into the city centre of Vienna and the prime tourist spots. The check in was smooth, the room clean and the breakfast is a good choice for travellers not wanting to hunt for a breakfast spot. Overall pretty decent!"

Spark by Hilton Vienna Donaustadt Hotels in Vienna

Spark by Hilton Vienna Donaustadt

"The hotel was quiet and everything was brand new. The bed was quite hard which was perfect, and the room had a fridge. The U-Bahn station is in front of the entrance. Good breakfast with high quality products, although exactly the same every day. Get the Hilton Honors app to choose your room in advance. Unfortunately the mattress was covered with a waterproof protector which made the bed feel like plastic and caused sweating at night. Synthetic pillows and duvet. Stayed in August when it was 38 °C outside and the hotel was like a fridge with 21 °C inside. It wasn't possible to regulate the room temperature even though there was a thermostat; no matter the set temperature, cold air was constantly flowing into the room, even opening the window didn't stop it. Complained about this at the reception desk to no avail. It's understandable that the hotel locks the thermostats to prevent excessive heating of the rooms in the winter to save on energy, but preventing the guests to cool their rooms LESS in the summer is just ridiculous."

"The hotel is newly opened, very new. We were their newest guests, and the facilities were excellent, definitely great value for money. However, perhaps because it's newly opened, the room still had a slight odor; we really needed to ventilate it more to get rid of the smell! The location is great; it's right next to the tram stop. We thought it was a 5-minute walk and went to the wrong place!"

smartments Wien Hauptbahnhof - Serviced Apartments ★★★
"The hotel has a great location right opposite the train station and is only about 6–7 minutes from the metro station, plus the kitchen is well-equipped even though I didn’t use it. However, the room lighting is too dim, and in summer it gets quite warm — luckily there is a fan, but having to open the window (which faces an inner courtyard) lets in some insects (they don’t bite). The check-in process needs improvement: the self-check-in machine didn’t work properly, resetting to the home page after filling in all details, which wasted a lot of time, and I eventually had to download their app to complete check-in and payment — it’s very inconvenient for guests, and although they seem to want a smart check-in system, the machine doesn’t support it well, so I would recommend going back to manual check-in instead."

Prize by Radisson, Vienna City ★★★
"Location: Super close to Vienna's main train station, just a 3-5 minute walk. Since it's not in the old town, the surrounding area is a bit average, but there are still a few restaurants. Plus, Vienna Main Station itself is a great spot for foodies. Facilities: For a budget hotel, the facilities are decent. The room size is quite large for European standards, and the amenities feel relatively new. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the breakfast – an automatic cheese slicer and a waffle maker are pretty high-end for a budget place, and the breakfast itself was good, perfect for those who enjoy a Western-style spread. Service: The hotel service was quite good. The front desk even provided two glass cups, which were handy for drinking water and brushing teeth. They also offer luggage storage. Overall: It's conveniently located with easy access to transportation. It's very close to Belvedere Palace and Schönbrunn Palace isn't too far either, making it ideal for travelers arriving or departing Vienna by train. However, if you're looking to experience the city's culture, staying in the old town would be a better choice."

Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof ★★★★
"The hotel is relatively new and located right by the central station. The whole area feels quite modern, and Vienna's central station seems much more advanced compared to other European cities. Overall, the hotel is pretty good, and the breakfast offers a decent variety. My only complaint is that the air conditioning was inefficient and noisy. The controller was a mechanical type; even with the fan set to maximum and cooling at its lowest, it barely managed to cope during the hottest weather."
