Very Good hotel.

The previous guest's sheets were not changed, the air conditioner was useless, and the breakfast was a mess.

It's a bit out of place here. First of all, there are issues with cleanliness and the counter lady is really unfriendly... Don't book a van to Vang Vieng from here. I'm leaving with my luggage completely packed, with no space for luggage. No intention of returning.

In Laos, many accommodations are old compared to the cost. The door to the balcony is a wooden door. The staff response was not bad and breakfast was provided, but it was poor.

I won't go again. I know that hotels in Laos are expensive during the peak season, but it's a waste of money to pay 60,000 won for a night while I'm still there. It's dirty, it's dirty, it's dirty. The front desk staff is also unfriendly. What's the point of having a swimming pool and gym? The facilities..., I didn't eat breakfast, so I don't know. Staff friendly and considerate. The room I had was spacious and clean. Great location and central to a great little food market and some bars.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was just ok and the buffet was always very low. The room was generally quite clean and it was located in a good location with good food near by.

The hotel is conveniently located near tourist attractions. It's an old building so it's hard to clean, but there are so many mosquitoes that I can't sleep well. Breakfast is ok, but the shower water pressure is not very good.

Book a deluxe double for 1 night I arrived late at night intending to stay only for one night, so I was assigned a room, but they said there were no rooms available and they gave me a 3-bedroom room. The floor is all dust and there are some ants. Cleanliness is not good.
