"Accessibility and location was fantastic. Restaurant, cafes, night market are all within reach. Staff are helpful and friendly. However the hotel looks old and run down. They don't have a lift and sadly we have to carry our luggage on the 3rd floor. The staff are not so attentive with helping us with our luggage. The front receptionist was helpful thought. However it's cheap hotel so you get what you paid for."

"Located next to the Mekong River, with Thailand just across the river, it really made me think of home. The location is not far from Big C and 7-Eleven, as well as some delicious bakeries. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay there again next time."

"This is a great hotel for the price and location. The staff are very friendly and helpful and answers any questions you have. The room is small but clean, and comes with 2 free water, a fridge depending what type of room you booked. The bathroom has liquid soap, and towels are clean. The fan and AC works well. Bathroom is also small but plenty of hot water. The have free complimentary breakfast ( coffee, toast with jam or congee). Or you can pay $4 for a full breakfast. Their restaurant serves lunch and dinner fort cheap price. They also have laundry service on site. And you can buy bus or train tickets from them as well. We stayed a very long time here and we enjoyed it. I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Vientiane. Thanks to all the staff there 🙌"

"Excellent stay at JI Hotel Vientiane Mekong Riverside. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well-designed with a minimalist style. The room was comfortable and quiet, with good lighting and a relaxing atmosphere, the view from swimming pool is amazing. I really liked the smart room features, especially the touchscreen and voice control system for air conditioning and lighting, which made the stay more convenient and interesting. The breakfast was delicious with many varieties to choose from. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout the stay. The location is great, close to the Mekong riverside and easy to get around. Overall, great value for the price. "We had a wonderful experience at the Riverside Hotel. The check-in process was very smooth and efficient, and the staff were extremely friendly from the moment we arrived. They kindly helped us with our luggage, which made everything even more comfortable. The room was modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, and we slept very well during our stay. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of Western, Lao, and other Asian dishes. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and delicious. We also really appreciated the hotel’s location, conveniently situated near the night market, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel was very clean and well-ventilated. There's a convenience store and some small restaurants nearby, which is handy. It's just a little over 2km walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Overall, it's excellent value for money and a top choice if you're looking to save some cash!"

"Location wasn't far from shopping district down pongdalan rd, only caveat is the wifi sucks, it cuts out every 10 to 15 minutes, made it extremely hard for work to be done, and for my tiktok. Also, Laos sim card and network cut out ALL tiktok live streams, couldn't access them at ALL... If you're a tiktoker, don't count on doing ANYTHING on it from Laos..."
