The atmosphere is very unique capturing the essence of the old and combining it with the modern and new. The room had a luxurious and inviting vibe & definitely appreciated the high end bath and body wash products at the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and made it fairly easy to pass out in a very deep slumber. The breakfast buffee was optimised while having all the necessities & keeping everything tasty and well-made. Also I do appreciate a good cup of coffee in the morning, so that beast of a machine in the dining area did not go unnoticed.

Hotel has good location and is in very good condition and clean. Service at front desk was lovely despite the lady having 1st day. Room was clean and cozy, bed linen soft. So it would have been a perfect experience, if it wasn't ruined by breakfast. Breakfast at that day was until 11, I arrived at 10:40. First of all not everything was available anymore, which I more or less understand. But during this time our table of 6 people were being told 3 times that breakfast ends in 15, 10 or 5 minutes and they want to start cleaning exactly then. And not in a too friendly way. I have never had this experience in any (even lower star) hotel - usually it is being told in a kind way in order for you to take more food before they start to clean, but here it was expected us to finish eating by 11:00. In reality the staff of hotel came to eat at 11:00 the same food and noone started cleaning...

A very pleasant hotel. Neat and clean rooms. The interior was peculiar. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed in the evening, but there were several places nearby where you can have dinner. The breakfast had a sufficient selection and was filling. Will definitely visit again.

This is the worst breakfast experience ever. And I travel a lot and see many hotels in my life. No coffee cups, no fruits no juice, no ham, no chees. Nobody cleaning dishes from tables. And I find dirty seats.. yes👍 This was situation between 9.00 - 9.30 13.3.2024

Wonderful hotel choice for anyone visiting Viljandi. It could not be more centrally located, the building itself is a gorgeous mix of historical and modern architecture, the interiors are all on point, the room and bathroom were tastefully renovated, breakfast was delicious. Zero complaints.

We stayed at two room suite on the second floor overlooking the park. The rooms were beautiful, in good condition and very clean. There were few minor inconveniences (the shower handels sprinkled water, no hair conditioner, no shower gel and shampoo near the bath). The bathroom door was from glass without any cousion sign, so my partner ran at it when the door was closed. The coffee machine was difficult to operate, and the room service took away all the used dishes, but didn't replace them with new clean ones. But on the whole the stay was a good experience.

Park Hotel Viljandi is a beautiful and clean place with memorable architecture and a very good location. The bed was very nice and comfortable. The view was memorable. The breakfast was delicious. The fact that the check-in could not be done even a little before 3 pm left a bitter mark. It was comical to receive a discount voucher for the cafe together with the check-in, because I had just passed the time by having lunch at the same cafe before checking in.

It is new hotel. Nice functional rooms. Comfy beds. It is quiet at nights ? Not thag it would be noisy during dah time). Parking in front of the building. Great place, professional staff, good breakfast. Really good location in Viljandi. Short walk to everywhere.

The hotel is truly great for loggin off and just relaxing in the middle of beautiful Viljandi. The staff is welcoming, rooms are clean and visually pleasing, the beds are fantastic (absolutely the best!), and the breakfast has good selection. It is definitely a great place to stay!
