His initial plans for the large villa included fully separate wings for him and his wife, as well as medium common areas for family and friends. The bowling green was added at that time and the swimming pool enlarged before the country club was out of fashion and was converted into a private residence. The original plan of the villa meant that it naturally converted into five current apartments. The Flower and Garden apartments are the two main wings of the villa. The largest apartment with Jacuzzi joining the two in the center of the house and the apartment with balcony upstairs offering sea views.
